Okay they had a hiccup with not having a pharmacist at one point but back to normal!
Also, Joy is best cashier. Makes my day better, so positive. 🙂

The pharmacist at Rite Aid Kettering are always efficient, polite and knowledgeable. And the pharmacist aids that help them or amazing that’s why we keep going back. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jamey is one of the pharmacist, and she always goes above and beyond what she needs to.

Staff were very professional and knowledgeable of the merchandise and helpful at the time of purchase.
Was made to feel welcomed and all my concerns were met with thoughtful answers.
Great store.

I drive 15 min out of my way to come to this rite aid. They have not misplaced my prescription like another location constantly did. They fill it as and when expected. They always charge the correct amount checking for coupons or if my insurance would cover it. I was paying $67 every 2 weeks at another location until a coupon was available along with this list of discounted prescriptions…it went to $36 but some would not know how to adjust that. Coming to this location has been worth the drive!

I e been using this pharmacy for over 10 years now. The staff is always helpful and nice to me. They usually already have my birth control filled when I call the refill in. Most of the staff know my children and always ask about how they are doing. I love how personable and friendly it is.

We've found this store to be clean and well stocked. The staff have been professional and friendly, always greeting us when we enter the store and asking if they can help us find anything. The pharmacists are clearly quite busy and do their best, which I appreciate. Thank you Rite-Aid.

The staff at Rite Aid store #03139 (at the corner of Stroop Road and Marshall Road in Kettering Ohio) are always helpful and seem glad to see customers. I can usually find things here, and when I can't, the employees will help me find what I need.

My favorite pharmacy. Been going there over 23 years. All the employees are the best!
