Kroger Fresh Fare

Great store. Everything you need without feelimg like you are in a warehouse. Friendly staff.

Dec 2023. This Kroger store is undergoing a major renovation. Today when I went in, I found that the produce section now looks like many of the other produce sections in the much newer and larger Kroger stores. They took over the old drug store that used to be next to the store. About half of the previous drug store is now dedicated to Deli and produce. The produce selection is about three times what it was previously. Everything was well stocked and ready to go.

Better than the Lebanon one with a rude store manager named Marlene 😄

Produce is usually in good shape at all times of day.

Building feels a bit cramped but they are also reorganizing. I hope it's not permanent, otherwise dairy products are scattered along the entire back of the store.

530 E Stroop Rd Kettering OH. Lawrence the cashier is a wonderful asset to your company. He is by far the friendliest cashier I have encountered. He is so refreshing, polite and mannerly. His smile is contagious and permanently fixed. I hope you share this with him and give the man a raise, he deserves it : )

Other then being under construction and moving things around I got what I came for. Just a FYI: wearing plastic gloves may protect a cashier but when you touch cash, meats and wear the same gloves you could be putting customers in harms way

Only had one problem, out of ricotta cheese. But I had the most wonderfully friendly cashier! Larry made my day!

This store has an amazing selection of fresh produce, a wide range of alternative options, and the sushi is actually the best store bought ive ever had.

Everyone is always welcoming and pleasant. The Sushi Bar is delicious. Sushi Chefs make fresh Sushi every morning and are always very gracious and welcoming. The olive bar is now smaller due to the pandemic but delicious and clean.
The Banana Nut Muffins are so delicious I drive out of my way to go here.
They also sell Grippos.
The entire store is always very clean and all the fruit and veggies fresh.

All I got to say this store is the best one that I have been to, I shop there pretty frequently. I know 2 great friends of mine work there and they always tell me to come in for a visit. I know a friend of my sister works there too. I can easily get to this place on the RTA bus or I can just walk there myself. I highly recommend going to this place to get groceries. Great place but to actually keep your job there, you r nuts. I just got fired from there about 20 days ago, and I might put in an application there again.

Fair prices and great staff. I love theres a Starbucks in this location

"Fresh Fare" is Kroger's Market that specializes in FRESH items, like PRODUCE, BAKERY, DELI & FLORAL. They do have a wonderful selection of produce, including organic. It is well stocked, despite being a very busy store. Workers are pleasant and do a great job. Lines are short considering the number of customers in & out. I am disabled and find staff very helpful. They load my car for me and refuse to take a tip! This is the Kroger of choice for my household.

This place has a fun wine tasting on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Jill and Stephanie really make the wine tastings enjoyable and fun. There is a great bunch of people that attend the wine tastings, they are always a good time. I had to laugh about the one comment here that says Kroger has terrible customer service. That has not been my experience with Kroger. The Kroger store personnel and management have always been top notch. If I had to say one bad thing about this store, it's that the parking lot is kind of a disaster area. There really isn't anything that can be done about it, it's a small lot and this is a popular store, so it's always very congested. Just be extra careful driving in this lot.

This is an absolutely fabulous store. The lady/manager that works in customer service is amazing!! Every employee I've ever encountered at this location has been nothing but great. I am extremely impressed with this Kroger. Highly recommend!!

Great place to shop, but be sure and have the time if you go to the store on Stroop Rd. Always busy, isles are narrow so you are always waiting for someone to move.
The people working there are friendly, and always ready to help me. I love their deli, and meat section.

I’ve finally found a Kroger near me that has all of the items I need. I came in here yesterday and the cashier, unfortunately I forgot her name, and the bagger, I think her name was Brooke, were super kind and quick to get me checked out. This Kroger can get crowded a lot but it’s worth it.

The blue frosting cake is a trap. You're gonna look like a smurf after getting within 10 feet of that cake!

The staff is all ways helpful and friendly. Guy is a cashier at Kroger's at Stroop Road. Guy is awesome always . She always goes out of her way to get to know your name and address you that way she's very quick at her job and very friendly. Guy is awesome!!!

After being verbally assaulted by an enraged customer after accidentally bumping them I was left shaking uncontrollably and in tears with a huge cart full of groceries trying to check out with 2 crying children age 1 and 3. Five or more Kroger employees came to my aid immediately and one asked if I was ok to which I said no being so overwhelmed so they checked out my groceries for me while I got my children calmed down and made faces at the kids to get them to laugh. Then they loaded up my groceries in the car and even a stranger joined in to help! So greatful to them for going above and beyond!! Thank you for being so kind!!

I want to say "Thank You" to Angie, the morning cashier. The meat department did not have Ground Chuck out yet at 9:00 am, and I was going to settle for Ground Beef. When I said that I wish Ground Chuck was out, she personally went back to that Department and had my Ground Chuck order filled. Thank You Angie for your Service this morning!! Much Appreciated!
