Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We were greeted and seated rather quickly which was great. (We arrived slightly after 4:30.) Looking over the menu we noticed new items and they now serve alcohol. Food arrived piping hot and our server was very friendly. The gift shop was packed with great things that you didn't realize you needed 😉

We had a very nice waitress, food was really good.

Took my 82 year old mother and we waited for like 20 minutes to sit when we sat we waited about 15 for a server. I said something to the assistant manager and he was about to get someone and then a server by the name of Sam came and she was just perfect. Did us right so started bad and ended great. Told the manager all of this as well.

Absolutely the best service in town. Friendly wait staff, good food, happy environment. Management works out any issues quickly. They have no problems adding additional condiments or honoring food restrictions. Excellent place to eat.

Love Cracker Barrel. All the food is great almost all the time. Really love the Friday fish fry dinner but, last night got the fish & shrimp for the first time. The fish was excellent as usual but the shrimp was not up to par for me. Very small, lots of breading & seasoning and somewhat undercooked. Would not recommend the shrimp. I’m sticking to the fish only dinner from now on. One other small complaint, the biscuits were somewhat under done, very doughy center and not browned top/bottom.

Crowded but for a good reason! The staff was friendly, the food was superb for the price, and the whole experience was comfy. The chicken and french toast was amazing!

If you're thinking about ordering one of Cracker Barrel's Holiday Meals...stop thinking and Do It!

My family and I ordered the Prime Rib meal and it was absolutely delicious. Your order comes in a sturdy carrying box and includes booklet with reheating instructions to help your meal turn out perfect.

Lastly, the pick up process is well organized. The process included a pick time, plus there were signs to help you pull around the restaurant and members of the restaurant staff delivered your meal to your car

I had the most incredible dining experience at Cracker Barrel's Old Country Store! The highlight was undoubtedly the strawberry cheesecake pancakes – they were an absolute delight. I was thrilled to find that they offer plant-based sausage, and it was delicious. The scrambled egg and cheese were fantastic, and the hash brown casserole was so yummy. I can't forget to mention the delicious biscuits!

What made the experience even better was the kind and attentive waitress who served us. Her exceptional service added to the overall positive experience. Cracker Barrel truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another amazing meal. Highly recommended!

Went for a late lunch/early dinner after shopping at Costco (across the street}. I got the (Thanksgiving Dinner) the turkey and dressing with sweet. potato casserole and fried apples. Hot, good portion, and yummy. My wife was going for the biscuit benny with crispy bacon and fried apples. again, perfectly done, hot and yummy. Delivery was the fastest we have ever experienced at CBOCS. Got the biscuits to go with some strawberry jam for breakfast tomorrow. Make sure to get the app on your phone and start earning points for free food.

The Friday fish fry is really good. Their sides are generally all very good. My son and I often get the catfish. Whether it is grilled or fried, it's almost always sure to please. Turkey Thursday, especially lunch, is super and an excellent value.

We got our Holiday meal this year from there and everything was spot on. From the ham,all the sides and desserts it was fantastic!! I highly recommend it if your not wanting to do all the cooking . I was throughly impressed!! And picking it up was so easy. Just pulled up and they brought it out and everything was packaged great. Great job Cracker Barrel staff!!!!!

We actually were getting ready to leave as it took a long time to have a server come to table. 19min. Just for drinks. Once the food ordered, took another 16 min. Most of food warm, but not hot!! Not sure exactly why food not hot. It was a busy time, but no excuse for server not to at least approach the table.

Went back and different hostess . Everything was a lot better. Different people and they were alot more friendly.
Manager was very helpful and kind.
Very happy that I can enjoy my home tme Cracker barrel.

I ordered the bowl of chicken and dumplings with macaroni and cheese and honey glazed carrots. Even ordered one piece of their home style fried chicken. It was all banging good and felt like a Southern home cooked meal. I would recommend going when less people are in the restaurant so you can get good service.

Delightful experience towards closing on a Friday night. Staff was friendly and courteous, especially our waitress Desiree and manager Mike who introduced himself. Perfectly prepared buttermilk biscuits, chicken and dumplings, meatloaf, fried chicken and seafood sampler. A wonderful way to celebrate our son's college graduation tonight!

I'm a contractor working in the area and have visited this location several times. I have been very happy with both the food and service. The wait staff have memorized my "usual" order and make themselves available to take care of my requests. Shout out to Jessica and B.

This review is based on service only. We we're a party of 5 on Thanksgiving and waited on by Emma. She hustled and did her very best to take care of us. It was obvious there were issues in the kitchen, which is a whole other review. Thanks too Emma for going out of her way too accommodate us.

It was a busy time of day, but server always just dropped off our food and didn't stick around to see if we needed refills or anything else for our meals. Food was great and plentiful. Always cozy & cute there. Will return.
