It's difficult to choose a favorite DLM location, but this one might take the cake. It's spacious, it has a really beautiful upstairs area, and the layout is really easy to navigate. I've never experienced customer service as wonderful as I have at DLM. My favorite things are the Cloud Nine Bites at the bakery, I love that they have a section with their soups to take home. My favorites are any of their seafood chowders and the turkey curry soup. Every single prepared dish in their deli is so delicious. Definitely try the cauliflower Suisse.

An incredible one of a kind store, one of a kind staff and one of a kind food selections... It's more like an adventure journey for serious wellness junkies and devotees. I just love this place, and I am super exited that they are building one new location in Mason Ohio close to me, they also have a nice bar for those of us who like to socialize and do tastings, lots of grab and go healthy options, and hard to find organic fare. Outside seating is available. I would just suggest for you to bring back the live piano music on Sundays or on week days also if is not too much to ask for. I would also say the couch set up was far better than all those event type of chairs, and is something I really miss! I also want to thank you for all the amazing gifts I have received over the years for being a loyal costumer, and for always being so kind when I request special orders. To the grill crew; I love you all for always cooking me everything on the spot with such precise perfection! the costumer service is seriously out of this world 💖

Cleanest grocery store ever, excellent displays and quality foods and the staff I encountered were friendly and very helpful!
Already knew that Gormet Markets are expensive but they're always pretty busy when I'm there.

The food here is really good ❤ with variety and flavor. Way better than buying fast food any day. I realy like to stop here on Sundays and try something different as everything is good. The burgers are great. Great food and healthy. Adding pictures of the menu on July 2022.

A very nice upscale grocery store in a convenient location. They are a bit more expensive than your typical every day grocery store, but it is WELL WORTH it. The quality of the food is phenomenal. Everyone is always very helpful and the shelves are always well stocked!

First time buying their pizza for Pi [3/14] day. Really good, will buy again. Their pastries are fantastic. Loved their lemon meringue pie. I'm a big fan of their macaroons, creme brulee, and cakes. Dorothy Lane is my go-to for desserts. The staff are friendly and helpful. Their produce is superb. I love this store.

Jill, at the customer service desk, answered the phone when I was desperately searching for party-sizes rye and pumpernickel bread squares. She transferred me to grocery, but when no one in grocery answered, she put me on hold and went on the hunt for what I needed. It was a little Christmas miracle to have lucked out to have Jill willing to help me find something so small, but that is part of a very special family traditional appetizer that wouldn’t have been possible without her help. Thank you Jill!

I love Dorothy Lane. Anytime we come to down to the Franklin to visit our friend. Lots of beer, singles to pull, and all the market food goodies. Everyone is kind, and friendly here. I like to call Dorothy Lane "Paradise."

We always cater our holidays & parties through DLM. Today 12/23/2023 I came in to pick up my order and there were no carts available, in addition to having to park in the bank parking lot (and it was raining!) Donna from the deli saved the day...she allowed me to pull up in front of the store and helped me load my large order into my car. To be honest, I was displeased about the lack of carts/parking but Donna provided the ultimate in service recovery. Thank you so much, Donna!!! You & your team are one of the reasons why I shop at DLM....outstanding customer service.

Great food but pricey. Focus on fresh natural, organic locally sourced food. Soups,stews great as is the deli, grill. Snowville dairy products taste best, used at Boston Stoker at entrance. Bakery, patisserie amazing. Wine tastings availability with good selection, also craft beers. Produce always fresh. Large assortment of cheeses to choose from.

Love shopping at Dorothy Lane Market! So many unique things and special treats. Always find something new each time I go. Employees are always so friendly.

Don’t sleep on DLM!!! I don’t know how I lived so long without knowing about DLM. Best market around.
Be prepared to spend more $$$ than your average market though. Worth it.

Yes the prices here CAN be more expensive, but the quality of said items are generally better. DLM is fully aware of how to market to its customers. If you are discerning foodie type that wants a particular quality that is well produced I can say that this market will grow onto those who wants options that are generally less accessible but desired.

Always clean, full service, friendly. Bought CBD oil here. Gorgeous produce section with much local produce. Pick out a steak and they will grill it to your specifications. Beautiful baked goods and deli. Upscale.

Dorothy Lane Market is our absolute favorite grocery store. It is the perfect size for convenience and has more unique and fresh food items than larger stores. It is convienitly located to my house and the staff are above and beyond friendly and helpful.
