Watson's of Dayton | Hot Tubs, Furniture, Pools and Billiards

Tim at Watson's was fantastic to work with. Attentive but not pushy. We especially like his approach where he allowed us to review options and catalogs without hovering. He was even very responsive to emails and made the purchase process a breeze.

Exceptional service! The sales people are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. This is the only place my wife and I go to for our outdoor space. We have purchased a pool, hot tub and multiple outdoor tables and furniture. Have been pleased with every purchase and the service we received.

We had a great experience with Watson’s of Dayton while purchasing a billiards table. The sales rep catered to our questions and concerns while not being a bit over pressing on anything including the sale itself. We made 3 visits to Watson’s to finalize our decision and each time we felt at home there. We also visited a couple other local places as well and spent time browsing online before making a final decision. They offered free delivery and set up included which I don’t think can be beat and were able to set it up for less than a weeks time out. I don’t expect any complications but if I need to, for any reason, I will return for an update!

Brandon was super helpful! I didn’t know there was a rechargeable battery available for powered recliners and now I don’t have to worry about cords being stretched out and someone tripping. Spent a lot of time with me, showed me multiple options and was very patient. Wonderful experience!

Our sales rep Tim was wonderful! We’ve been in several times talking about purchasing a spa and each time he was very helpful and patient. He kept us informed of current sales events to make sure we got the best deal and always responded to my text messages promptly and never acted like I was bothering him no matter how many questions I asked. He wasn’t a pushy salesman. He was honest with his answers and opinions on what to buy and not to buy. He was very nice and courteous.

I am a very direct and straightforward person. That being said, I made my point clear and what my expectation where. I was going off there advertising. The salesman told me what other options were available and when I chose, he did not try and upsell or make me feel guilty for my purchase at all. We made this transaction happen within five minutes of the introduction of the salesman, Drew. We are 100% satisfied with using Watsons and everything they were capable of delivering.

No pressure sales!!! Yea!! Very knowledgeable Salesman. I would recommend checking them out for your fireplace needs or any outdoor seating and fun.

The sofa and loveseat selections were tremendous, and the salesperson we bought our hot tub from was spot-on showing us what we were looking for. Black Friday prices helped us make up our minds that much quicker…

The sales process at Watson's was great and had no issues. There were some challenges with installing my hot tub, but they were all worked out in the end. The delivery and warehouse guys were awesome and very friendly and saw that the job got done correctly. I would highly recommend purchasing again from them.

We had repeated trouble with our hot tub- it was 12 years old, and had much use over the years. We wanted/needed to make it last for a bit longer. Several service reps came out, all were nice, some replaced pumps etc. but SCOTT figured it out. He was tenacious and would not quit until he "solved this" It was a coding issue and he pinpointed the problem- and would not quit until he obtained the correct code. The old hot tub is heating again and I am a happy old lady! Because of Scott I will return to Watsons (and likely buy my next hot tub from them) Scott is A-1

Very impressed with our store salesman Drew Davis and how he made our deal happen. The delivery crew Jacob & Bill made it a point to call and let us know they'd encountered an accident and would need to reroute before reaching our location.

Though it was raining off and on during them putting our patio furniture together, they both stayed the course until the job was complete.

Me and my Wife Anita would like to thank Watson's for also honoring us for serving our country as members of the U.S. Army with a Military discount on our purchase.

We dealt with Eric and he was very knowledgeable. He didn’t try and sell us on anything we didn’t want he just made sure we knew all the differences between all the pool models and packages. He was great to work with as well as very friendly. He made us feel like ppl not just another sale. Thanks for the new pool. Can’t wait to swim in it.

Very helpful. Tim deserves all praise and recognition from the company. I recommend doubling or tripling his pay, maybe even paying for an annual vacation or two for him. It still wouldn't be enough.
