Taylor's Do it Center

I went to get a Christmas tree here because I heard that they have the best tree prices around (which is true). Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful for my first visit. I will definitely be going back not only for the Christmas trees but also for other things that I need around the house.

You can't beat the friendly, dedicated service and if they have what you need, you also get a great feeling about helping local enthusiast owners rather than sending your money to Atlanta or Mooresville, NC.

Larry assisted me buying a battery operated mover. He was so helpful. Showed me how to use it also. I also bought a blower. Larry and your other employees is why I shop Taylor’s versus the big stores like lowes. Thanks Larry. I love it!!

I'm always able to get in/out and get what i need in less time than it takes to park and walk into a big box store. I can always find someone to help.

Was my first visit, well second as the Christmas tree I bought had issues with the lights. Larry especially was so helpful and accommodating. They unpacked a new tree, made sure the lights worked before I took it home. Highly recommend based on the service.

Update, it was crazy busy today! However, the staff was helpful and polite and they had exactly what I needed. Always convenient and I appreciate the quaint size verses the big box stores.

I love Taylor's Do-It Center. They always have good employees as was the cashier when I was last there. She was funny and cracked me up as I was leaving the store. They have a wide variety of items in the store. I usually find some unique things for my grandchildren's stockings for Christmas from here. If you need hardware or about anything else go to the store I bet you'll find it.

Honest people. I went in to solve a problem and instead of selling me something I didn't they advised me how to use what I already have to accomplish my goal!

Great store! Why? While it may not always be the cheapest, they usually have just what you need (broad selection) with friendly, knowledgeable associates combined with convenience and a store that is easy to navigate. I am never disappointed.

The only room for improvement, which is out of their control, is the entrance/exit on a busy road. If there is traffic when leaving the parking lot, just turn right! It will be quicker and safer if you need to go left. Make a right at the light and go from there.

I needed a "Jimmy-proof" lock and this was the only place in town that could produce the item that day. They are also my go-to store for propane refills. You get a full tank with refills, and if you know your tank doesn't leak, that is a great money saver. Your tank has to be no older than 12 years old from the time you take it to refill, and it has to be recertified every 5 years. Check your tanks age by looking at the collar by the shutoff valve or the ring on the bottom of the tank.

Always well stocked, super attentive staff, actually better prices on some inventory than Amazon.

I don't mind driving past several big box stores to get here.
I can park close to the door, get what I want... in and out quickly.
The staff here are happy to help, not walking the other way pretending not to see you like at HD and LWS.

Went for gardening gloves. They had a large variety to choose from. They also have a nice garden center. I have bought many shrubs and flowers there.
