Extremely friendly staff that make you feel invited. They are consistently fast and convenient while managing high volume of customers day and night they always stay fully stocked and I love it when they play music in there

This place is amazing, The fountain drinks are always perfect when it comes to the ratio of syrup and carbonation. It's always clean, the staff are always nice. This is the go to 7-11!

The night shift employees at this establishment (1100 Independence Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA) are always a pleasure to deal with. They are upbeat, always laughing, and create fun conversation. They are on-point with their food service, as well as their customer service. This is one of the few 7-Elevens in the city I will support, due to such a great working staff.

Wow! The older lady that helped us was awesome! I never thought I’d leave a review for a 7-11 but felt compelled to do so. She was warm and very insightful. Found my favorite, go to 7-11!!! I’m new to the area so it’s nice to find people who are welcoming!

I came in to buy anything, as I needed to break a $20 for a contractor the next day. I am a regular and like the place and the very friendly staff.
On my way out, I was chased to my car by the cashier. I had given her two $20's. Integrity like that is rare. Thank you!

Like any other 7-Eleven it has its boiling points if the cashiers having a bad day well I always give her something to be bad about I didn't start it she did or he did sometimes you get the craziest answer from the cashier like what color lighter would you like I didn't take it matters I just asked to buy a lighter they made a big deal out of the color 5 minutes later the words out of my mouth were not the words she wanted to hear 🙉
