The Home Depot

I came in looking for a refrigerator and was greeted by one of the managers, Tracie, almost immediately after getting to the major appliances. She offered her help finding anything and answering any questions I had. I explained there was a particular fridge I was looking for and the manufactures website had it on sale, but I’d have to wait over a month for delivery. She was extremely helpful and friendly, price-matching the competitors website and ensuring delivery within the week. I am beyond grateful for the excellent customer service and will continue to use this Home Depot for all of my home needs.

The staff of this store is beyond wonderful. Bob in appliances, April, Rachel, and Jorge up at customer service- all genuinely nice, and attentive humans. Whatever training or hiring tactics this locations does/uses needs to be replicated because our experience has been incredible in every situation. OVERLY RECOMMEND!

Lisa at the pro desk, George in kitchen design, Tammy the manager, ALL AMAZING PEOPLE, make an AMAZING STORE!! they helped me beyond belief, got what I needed right away, and went above and beyond, even living in Hudson, I’d rather travel for this store. 10 stars if I could, and I hope George got some sort of commission because he really did above and beyond for my kitchen. I was satisfied with the experience. Some of the associates who have been there forever,really know their stuff. Nice place and they have their doors open when you need to hammer down on projects.

Everyone knows of the lost time you can spend in a large store like Home Depot walking around trying to find what you need. Usually customer service on the floor is scarce,yet I was lucky today I found Deanna who found everything I was shopping for and did it quickly while smiling the whole time and making me feel valued. For a change it was a pleasure to shop at the Home Depot. Thanks to this employee.

The employees here have always been so helpful and fun. They have never been too busy talking or on their phones to help you out, unlike other home depots. This store is always clean n they have good inventory.

No problem finding items I need.

I'm THRILLED with my new washing machine! Julie Hernandez, my awesome sales associate, explained benefits and features for several models I was interested in. Very honest and down to earth sales approach. I highly recommend her!

I wish I would of gotten the gentleman's name who helped me. I was looking for a granite cleaner. He walked me to the area, discussed the diffence betwen two products. One producr left a residue the other didn't. It is refreshing to speak with someone who knows the stores products.

Jake in the painting department deserves a raise! He went well above and beyond doing what he said he would do. He was great at helping set our expectations correctly. He did a very good job explaining things, plus he was very knowledgeable, and helpful. Great with us as customers. I'll be going out of my way to come to this home depot instead of the one near Dunedin. Please show this to management!

I save a great deal of money with the customers special package.. And I receive perks as well.. Always have all the needs for my trip to the store.. always has items fully stocked!!!

Me n my roommate were desperate for a couple.quick fixes...thks dang florida heat...n landlords that dont wanna do their part.....Goodfella Tom from Queens NY...pointed us the best directions for what I had in mind ..he showed us the most efficient products to use for the better price...

Stopped in today around 1:30 or so, sort of in a hurry might I add. I encountered a young man by the name of Jay (taller slender black guy with lots of hair) and was very pleased with the fact he wasn't too occupied to assist the customers as well as informative. Often times we go out the way for the bad reviews and just wanted to acknowledge that he was definitely a big help on my visit today and I greatly appreciate it.

Of course its Home Depot and I love going there. Last night I went to pick up a few things and decided to get a couple keys made. I went to the key cutting area and was greeted by a man that was in the department. I don't remember his name but he told me he's was inthe department that was isles 11-16 and the tool boxes. Anyway he was the friendliest and most upbeat guy in the place. I only got 2 keys made and wish I had gotten more because I really enjoyed talking to him. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy working at Home Depot. We laughed about the way keys were cut back in the day compared to the more efficient way they are today. He made my visit even more fun than usual. I love going there and with employees like that I would go every day if I had to.
