Super helpful employees in this store - from the printing services to the cashiers to the staff walking around. There's most the things you would expect in a Staples or office supply store - business supplies, stationery, school stuff, electronics, and a furniture area with comfy work chairs. I'm happy this place still exists as some office places like Office Depot/Max's have been shutting down. Thanks for being in business!

This place always seems to have what I need, and whatever that is is generally pretty easy to find. The staff don't pester me. They let me shop by myself, which I appreciate. If and when I do require assistance, they are always friendly and helpful. I don't know what else to say, it's just a pretty decent stationary store.

My sister and I went in to get some important papers printed. Elaine and Lana were so helpful, and attentive. We had a lot of copies and 2 copies for all papers. Lana & Elaine organized them and took great care. I don’t usually do reviews unless the customer service is above and beyond. These two ladies definitely know how to take care of customers. This is very refreshing in todays age. We will be back for all our printing needs. Thank you!!

I came in to the Print & Marketing desk to see about getting custom receipt books made up. I had an example to go off of, plus I had a few changes I wanted to add(carbon paper copies, stamped logo, color scheme). It was very busy that day, but the employees made sure it wasn't a long wait before anyone's needs were attended to. They had a quote ready for me the very next business day with a price that was much more budget-friendly than what I had been expecting. On my end of things, there was quite a bit of indecisiveness and people changing their mind, which meant a few days of going back and forth via email, but when the final decision was made, it was only 3 days before I got an email from Staples notifying me the order was ready. I feel a need to single out Larisa, who maintained communication with me through the whole process, was accommodating of my needs, and very helpful in explaining what they could offer me.
Because of her and her team, this whole experience was pleasant. My people and I are very satisfied with the finished product, and I will definitely be coming back for all my business needs. 5 Stars

I wasted lots of time and money with Office Depot for nothing so I walked in this store in hoping someone could help me to fix errors made by Office Depot staff...etc, very nice and well upkeep store with lots of friendly staff! Larisa happily, enthusiastically helped me to fix all errors generated by Office Depot! Both of my business cards (one side for my Djing, mixing production and the other for my nonprofit organization) were properly done and promptly delivered when I came back! I strongly recommend Staples and especially this location! Thank you Larisa and all your assistance regarding my business cards are greatly and kindly appreciated!

I had two big file boxes of documents to be copied and I was procrastinating like a professional about getting the job done thinking I’d do it myself. I turned it all over to LARISA at Staples on Cleveland Ave and she accepted the assignment with cheerful service. I am grateful to report that she nailed the brief. The files were copied beautifully, stapled, and returned in exactly the same sequence as the originals. Staples, you made a power move when you brought LARISA onto your team. She made you look good.

Copiers work! Fax machines work! Employees for the copies area most kind and willing.
Paper used to make copies very good quality. There is even a stapler, with staples! For customer use.

I called into Staples needing a large last minute print job for a project. Larisa was extremely helpful and did her very best to get the job done. Could not be more happy given the tight time constraints. Multiple other print shops were unable to handle the task.

Killer service! In town due to an event locally and needed to print off my tickets. When I called the gentleman on the phone gave me AMAZING instructions about sending my needed print to stamoles@printme. Gives you a code. Go into self service and enter. Bam! You are ready to print. Would highly recommend.

The people in the copy and print center were amazing, professional, and went above and beyond just helping me. While waiting, I observed them providing this same level of service to everyone they encountered. Thank you for making this an excellent service experience for everyone!

I went in to use a coupon today for printing and visited Kevin the Manager of the printing. He was super helpful, professional, and kind to me and everyone else. He seems to enjoy his job. Can't wait for my materials!

Staples appears more organized and well-stocked; no doubt due to the fact that they cater more to larger "enterprise" clients. While most retail store staff are friendly, staff here are more professionally trained.

It's been YEARS since I've experienced this level of quality customer service! I've shopped there before plenty of times and while I was always treated well, whoever is running things now has really done an incredible job at getting the employees to show genuine customer appreciation.

Went in for copies. Super helpful staff. Great products in store as well. Definitely a notch above the competition in all departments.
