Love going in this store everytime we are in the area, multiple times actually and the employees are super nice! Have many items from the store from shirts, sweatshirts, hats wear them alot. Also stickers and more!

The staff here is second to none. They make you feel like they have known you forever. Such a huge selection of Jeep merchandise and very well priced too. This is a must see store for all Jeep lovers!!

My wife and I have been coming to the Smokies for over 30 years. We honeymooned here on 1990 and just love to come here as a getaway. We rented a jeep from SMJO a few years ago and had a blast driving it around all day. This is our first trip up back here in our very own Jeep (2016 Wrangler), so we had to stop in for some Jeep swag. They have a great selection and fair prices. The customer service is AMAZING! We had several questions about shirt sizes and other stuff. The one item was was really hoping to find was the "ARMY" Brake light cover. They had USAF, USMC, NAVY and USCG...but no ARMY. I asked Haley about possible stock in the back. There weren't any in the back. She was able look around and find me exactly what I wanted!! THANKS Haley!!! Outstanding customer service!!! Your boss should be very proud!!!

This place is a hidden gem in the mountains. If you're in Gatlinburg visiting or live in this area, I highly recommend you check this place out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a few questions about some of their products and they were able to answer all of them. Good prices and nice selection of Jeep accessories not just t-shirts and stickers like some other shops in the area.

We stopped in last week for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was more than helpful and accommodating, we asked several times if they could check in the back for different sized shirts and without complaint they did. They had a great selection of clothing, hats, gift items as well as Jeep parts. They didn’t have bumpers and suspensions etc but we were not expecting that. It was also nice that we were not FORCED to wear masks. We will be going back, hopefully next time we will remember to ask for some trail suggestions.

Really nice store for Jeep clothing and a few accessories. They had a full cover for my 2 door JK which was great!
