AT&T Store

HUGE thank you to Daniel, Courtney, and Joey!!! What fabulous customer service -- they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I walked in unsure of what my next phone and watch purchases would be and left feeling very confident about my decision. I appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond, they are a small-owned AT&T franchise store. This experience versus my previous experiences with corporate owned stores has been far better, and I would recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thank you guys so much!!!

Yesterday I booked a appointment at this store because I was having an issue with my phone messaging. I was pleasantly surprised when Daniel was able to solve the problem. We started talking and he told me about a great promotion that Samsung was having. He answered all of my questions and even wrote it all down for me. There was no pressure, just great information! I came home and thought about it and ended up going back today to take advantage of the promotion. I even brought my daughter who was considering switching from Android to iphone. Again, they answered all our questions and spent a great deal of time with us. We walked out of the store feeling pretty good about our decisions and our purchases. Daniel, Courtney and Joey were absolutely wonderful and provided EXCELLENT customer service. It's so nice to know there are still businesses out there that remember how to treat their customers. What a great experience this has been!

The best customer service I’ve received in awhile. Very knowledgeable associates who showed nothing but patience and a willingness to resolve my issue. Highly recommend also if your in need of phone accessories broader in store inventory . Definitely will be making the Bacon Bridge location my home store for any problems, questions or I just might get a new speaker .

We were so happy to have come to this ATT store. We went to another one much closer but had a TERRIBLE experience. As soon as we got to this ATT store the fellows including the manager took care of transferring all our information from the previous service provider to ATT. We highly recommend them.

I’m not 100% positive that I’m posting to the correct spot for the guy who hooked my Wi-Fi up, but he was awesome! His name was, “Jim”. He was very professional and personable. He was in and out fast and efficiently. He communicated with me extremely well which is a hug plus for me. I’m super happy with my service with you guys and this was also a special shout-out to Jim! ! ! ! He’s a rockstar! !

I was sure I would need to buy a new phone, but Joseph found my problem in no time. He was very friendly and courteous, and I will definitely ask for him in the future. A great employee.

Bunch of scammers, told me anything it would take to get me into a new phone. Came in with a broken phone, instead of helping me with insurance like I asked told me that insurance takes 3-4 weeks to ship, which I’ve come to find out isn’t true. Told me I had to pay off my 13 pro max to make an insurance claim, which was $600 by the way, which also wasn’t true. Told me when I came to return the new phone they got me that it was a $300 return fee, which guess what, is NOT true! Made a mistake coming here, going to continue to go to the Moncks Corner ATT instead.
