Had an amazing experience today at Badcock. The salesperson was awesome. We were greeted immediately when my husband and I entered and treated with kindness and respect .

Everything was explained perfectly and I left feeling great about my purchase. I have been a faithful customer for over 10 years and will come back again.

I damaged my dining room table and filed a claim effortlessly which was handled swiftly and replaced immediately. Buying the protection plan certainly helped

Kya was amazing, explained the current sale to us and what to look for. She helped with a price difference when ringing me up and explained each piece and where my military discount would be applied. She explained delivery procedure and costs and the protection plan. Definitely will buy again!

Erica greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. She is amazingly friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable! She asked us what we were in the market for and made the PERFECT recommendations as well as making sure we knew we had other options. The buying process was super easy and Erica made sure we were protected as buyers with all Badcock offers. It was such a pleasure interacting with the staff at this location who knows and understand the true meaning of customer service. After a disastrous experience at another location, this was a welcome relief. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, caring and accommodating, but most of all they deliver on their promise. From purchase to delivery, I was never disappointed. I found a new friend in the furniture business and look forward to years of purchase.

I have been shopping at this Badcock location for the past 5 years and must say that some of the negative reviews I've seen are beyond silly! Never have I had a bad experience in dealing with the staff there or been unhappy with the products I purchased.
During my last visit I was fortunate to deal with Mindy Jones. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends or family. I will certainly return to work with Mindy again on my next purchase, she is a true professional in her industry !

Transaction couldn't have gone better. Jessica helped us, no high pressure, showed us what we were looking for and was very professional and knowledgable. The price was reasonable, the purchase painless, delivery was on time, couch and dining chairs are awesome. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We went to look at the selection, wasn't sure what to expect. The layout is great, and the sales persons didn't pressure at all, but all were willing to help. We ordered some furniture and had it delivered. The whole transaction went smooth, would recommend.

Marsha was very helpful and patient something as simple as letting me use her charger to get the code for the application verification. Friendly and very down to earth. My first impression is she has great people skills along with going the extra mile for service .

Great non-pushy sales people. Pre-loaded a profile into the computer with contact info and pieces my husband was interested in so he could go look at other stores. When he went back a couple of weeks later ordering and paying we're super easy.

We ordered 2 chairs for our living room. They were delivered and we realized immediately that they did not work for the room. We called Ali and she was very very pleasant and helpful in processing the return. Unfortunately they did not have any other chairs that fit our needs. If I EVER need any furniture in the future---Babcock in Summerville is where I will go. Their customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend them!

Mindy at the West Ashley location was incredibly helpful in assisting me with purchasing a new sofa! She showed me several options and helped me narrow it down to the perfect one. Mindy was very friendly and welcoming. I recommend going to see her for all your furniture needs!

Purchased furniture almost 3 years ago! It was breaking down very badly sofa and love seat. Dinning table top was discolored, tempered glass coffee table scratched. Spoke to the manager and she was so kind and sweet, held me pick out new furniture and replace all of my furniture at no charge!!! I am still, in shock that a company backs their products such as this.
Every thing was delivered on time as promised, by 2 gentlemen that was very kind gentle and made sure everything was handled properly and set in place as I wanted it.
I would recommend, badcock summerville to everybody that I can possibly recommend.
