My family and I were visiting from florida, we came in to this location and was so astonished by how organized and neat everything was displayed. We went in for dog food and left with a whole cart of items!! Rex and his fellow female employee were super nice and very helpful ! Definitely should give them two a raise ! They're working too hard !

I had the best experience here. These young ladies in the clothes department were so sweet and helpful 10/10!!

Clean store and the employee at the tech department assisted in locating the DVD that my kiddo wanted. He took the trouble to look in the back of the store as it said it had 3 on hand. Later came back to say nothing there, then proceeded to look it up and found a store in Brentwood that had the item. And when we went over there sure enough the employee there found it for us. YAY!

I ran into Target to purchase a long white dress shirt for my Grandson. I was in the boys department and could not locate one in his size being the week after Easter. I asked the sales clerk in the department for assistance. Ellysa went out of her way to drop what she was doing to assist me. She checked the inventory and noted that a shipment had recently arrived and ran to the back to locate the shirt I needed in his size. She was extremely polite and sweet and will ensure I continue to shop at this Target.

Always enjoy shopping at Target. It is a clean store with good selection.

Stephanie was an absolute treat. Helped me pick out glasses and was very thoughtful and honest. Absolutely hilarious 🤣 very pleasant experience. So lucky I came in on the right day. Call In before hand to make sure she’s in, my advice. The other employee is sweet but can’t help you as much.

Terrific location with friendly and helpful staff. Aisles can get a bit cluttered from time to time, but I don't think this is the fault of the staff as much as it is the customers (and their children) exploring all of the purchase possibilities. With that said, if I ever have a problem, anyone there is quick to offer help and find a solution. I typicall opt for "old school" checkout as I enjoy the human interaction and this store consistently delivers a positive experience.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a store. Every associate I came into contact with went above and beyond for me, and was incredibly helpful. I honestly could not have pictured a better experience. This place is amazing!

Went on a busy Friday evening. Tons of people in checkout line but even in the chaos of customers, every red shirt worker I encountered went out of their way to assist us and were super friendly. One helped us look for a particular sized item we couldn't find. Another helped us order it online when we couldn't locate it in the store. And we got it with free 2 day shipping to our home. This is a busy store but they have alot of awesome stuff to choose from and alot of awesome workers to help you.

Like all other places they were low on sports cards. Although they did have a few blasters of baseball EEE and Topps Update fat packs.

Target in Cool Springs is a nice and clean store. Items are quickly restocked and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this location.

This place is great! Yes the lines can be long because of COVID, but, there are way more ups than downs! Associates and managers are exceptional and they work as hard as they can. The store is kept clean and products are available that are hard to find sometimes. They also don’t hesitate to price match if needed or offer a sticker to kiddos:) LOVE this place!

Target has a great selection of products for our family- clothes, food, household etc. Fred at the self-service checkout does an amazing job. He is very friendly and eager to assist. He helped me locate an item that the app was showing at the checkout area, however it was located in the seasonal section. He quickly asked an associate to bring me the item from the seasonal section- amazing customer service!!

Typical Target experience. Nice store, mostly well stocked. Plenty of check outs and self check out available. Friendly associates!

I love Target but I also had the nicest man at checkout today! He was so polite and kind to everyone that came through his line. I wish I had gotten a better look at his name tag! Great store all around.

Great customer service..this Target is well organized and had a good queue system during the Black Friday weekend. Our cashier Lee was very helpful regarding the Target app. She knew one of our purchases had a discount and told us about how to get the newer app. Great experience. Kudos to Lee!
