Learning Express Toys and Gifts

Lots of toys. Fair prices. But if you're looking for more in the learning and teaching genres it is lean in that area. The atmosphere is very positive and friendly. I purchased a birthday gift for a 9yr old and they gift wrapped it for me. I do not intend this to be a criticism but only an observation as I was expecting more in the area of teaching and learning kinds of stuff, homeschool stuff in other words. Good experience overall.

We've been to quite a few Learning Express Toys and none have the same stock or friendly customer service as much as this one has. 10/10 would highly recommend.

We really enjoy this store and I think we are in there once a week, even if it is just to look around. Staff is friendly and always give great advice. They go above and beyond when we are looking for something. While prices might be a little higher, I like the fact I am supporting a local business and a business where i can get help if needing help.

Good store to find what looking for. They do have usborne books if you are ever searching for any! And other nice fidget items! And tonie box and characters!

I love this locally owned small business. Everyone that works there is always so helpful with purchasing birthday presents for my children’s friends. My kids love to come in and browse through the shop at all that really cool and unique toys. I went to the recent squishmallow event there and it was very organized.

Continuously provides excellent customer service! They have such a great selection of fun and educational toys along with the cutest, sweetest little treasures that make perfect gifts for almost anyone in the family. Stopped in tonight and they even wrapped my little gift without me asking! Amazing customer service every time we visit.

My daughter loves this place!! They have so many fidgets!! They even have alot of toys that I use to have when I was a lil kid. Prices range. Parking is always available. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Its in a plaza kind of hidden. I never knew it was there. I always passed right by it. Until I gps'd it.

Learning Express is THE BEST PLACE to purchase gifts for your children, as well as all those birthday parties, holidays, etc...
It is locally owned and has the most amazing staff that are always so eager to help you select just the perfect gift!
They also do an incredible job of bringing in the latest, greatest new toys for kids of all ages.... including those hard to buy for teenagers ~
They even do personal shopping for me and wrap it all up... when I don’t have time to do it myself.

My daughter, granddaughter and I left Jackson the morning of December 28, 2021 headed to The Learning Express. It was my granddaughters 11th birthday and this was all she wanted was to visit the store since she is a lover of pop it’s! We drove straight there with only one stop and when we got to the door there was a sign up saying “We will be closed Tuesday, December 28th for inventory”! We stood there and looked at each other about to cry! Then the owner opened the door and I begged and pleaded to please let us in that we were not from here and it was my granddaughters birthday and all she wanted was to come here. She opened the door and said with a smile “Y’all come on in, excuse the mess and stay as long as you want”! My granddaughter had the time of her life! I just want to thank you and your employees for being so kind to us that day, we will never forget it ❤ May God bless you.

Our favorite toy store in town! The employees are so welcoming and kind. Gift wrapping service is always offered which I appreciate so much. Truly a wonderful shopping experience every time!

I LOVE this store!! Everyone is so nice and helpful and they always goes the extra mile to help. They have a great selection of toys and gifts for everyone of all ages. It is definitely my go to store for gifts because they wrap for free. Such a great store!

Absolutely love this toy store every time my family & I have been in there we were greeted with a kind smile & a caring knowledgeable staff. The variety and assortment of toys that are in stock blows my mind. On top of all that the toys super fun & educational. It is true blessing to share these high quality toys with a young one. One of the best learning express experiences I have had. Christy, the owner, was an amazing person to talk to and meet. My mom and I drove all the way from Atlanta to make it for a huge shipment of squishmallows that came in and it was so worth it. There were easily about 50+ people waiting in line before 5 AM this morning and it couldn’t have gone smoother in getting people their squishmallows. The staff were so beyond nice and Christy made it the most professional and peaceful environment.

I’m guessing this is a franchise but such a friendly bunch of folks working here. My family was visiting from NYC and my niece saw their tiktok for squishmallows so of course I took here there at 4 am. They had everything she wanted in a super orderly fashion. I appreciated their service and chit chat and will definitely take my kids there for their own toy experience.

We had such a great experience at Learning Express in Franklin! I had never been to a Learning Express but had read about their Rainbow Loom Club. I brough my 6 year old daughter in and she had such a fun time ~ learned how to make 2 bracelet styles and talked about it all day. She asked if she could go back next week. Thank you to Ms. Sandra for teaching her and being so patient and kind!
I also had my 1 year old with me and really appreciated the staff being so sweet to her as we "hung out" while my older daughter was looming. This store was so entertaining. Fun for kids of all ages ;) I know my younger daughter would love to come back too.
We walked away with a birthday gift for a friend and are looking forward to supporting this store in the future for all our gift and toy needs. My kids already started their "wish lists." Great, unique selection of toys at affordable prices.

Love this place. Free gift wrap! They have an unusual selection of toys and gifts. If u can't find something in here you won't find it anywhere, you are just too picky. This is my go-to for any child's gift. Hands down, my favorite. Don't hesitate just go.
