Cheryl was the best cashier. She helped me step by step with the rewards department. My rewards disappeared and were used by someone in Saginaw MI. Cheryl helped me get them back. Smiling and courteous the whole time. Thank you Cheryl.

We appreciate the appearance of the store, the reasonable prices and the professionalism and friendliness of the store associates. We especially enjoyed our interaction with associate Dorothy. She's a gem.

The cashier lady was very nice. She checked the size of my shoes and I got one size 91/2 and one size 10. I’m glad she did check it prior to check out or else I have to go back and returned/exchange it. I hope there’s more people like her. Keep it up. Thank you!

Sally was the best customer service representative I've dealt with in years. Her natural warmth and helpfulness was refreshing. Kohl's should do something special for such a great representative of their franchise.

I had a clerk called Cheryl and she was very helpful and pleasant. I got what I came for at a reasonable price so I left happy.

This Koh's was clean and organized. These was a lot to choose from on the sale rack. The cashiers were nice especially Betty who rung up my items and let me know about the extra 50% off on sale items.

The exchange process went very quickly. There was no one ahead of me in line and the very friendly associate was able to also take care of not only the things I was exchanging but also the four new items I was purchasing. I was very pleased with the service I received!

The young man working in Amazon and other package pickup late afternoon today was 180⁰ better than my last experience here. He was courteous and helpful. It took him 30 seconds to show me what to do. He had extremely good customer service skills -- he didn't just point at the sign and offer no assistance. Kudos!

Went to return a mail order purchase from another company. Process was quick and easy and I got a 20% coupon which I used to find two items I was looking for.

My experience at the Sephora store inside of Kohl’s in Troy, Michigan was awesome. I went into the store to purchase a pair of pants and I decided to look at some makeup as well. The sales associate named Ajah was great. She helped me find what I needed and she was so patient. She is the kind of associate that makes you to return to the store and shop.
