I dealt with a fellow named Jaden the last time, he knew every device I asked about. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but I knew a few features and he showed me a couple devices that would work and he knew all the pros and cons of each device so I have had my vape for a week now and it sounds cliche but it’s the perfect vape for me. The store was busy when I went in but he never rushed me and he even took the time to make sure I knew all the features with the vape. It’s nice to walk in a business and the employee be so knowledgeable. Your in good hands at this location. Every staff member I’ve dealt with has been great, so much so that I moved away from the area but I always drive back to the McNeil store because it’s always a great experience. You can go with any questions, I’ve never asked one that they didn’t have an answer for.

Honestly, every time I come in here I find myself leaving in good spirits and very happy with my purchases. The staff gives off this positive energy that makes you feel comfortable asking questions and they are so knowledgeable and helpful. I do wish there were more vape juices to choose from, but that’s all I have as far as a “wish” from them.

First time in. Needed some O rings. They grabbed a bag of them, found the right size and said here you go! Awesome place! Talked to them a few minutes about their products. They know their stuff. Worth the time to stop!

This place is the best. That's it. If it's within 30 minutes that's where you need to go. Remember that customer service thing we used to have? These guys still got it. The rewards program actually works, they make in house juices that taste professional and the same every time. This is the place to go.

Always amazing. I love how they mix the fluid right in front of you, and frequently go out of my way every time I need vape supplies due to their expertise and recommendations. Bahama mama is my current flavor. Amazing if you want some coconut without ruining a coil.

I just moved to the neighborhood and so of course had to embark on the sometimes-onerous task of finding a new vape store. Luckily, it turned out that my house is just around the corner from Cloudhouse. Previously, my only experience was with shops that sold pre-mixed/branded types of juice, rather than a "vape bar" where they mix everything to order. So it was a bit of an education.

That said, I couldn't be happier with my experiences so far! I've been there 6 or 7 times now and every one has been great. The staff are always attentive, friendly, and super helpful; I can always be assured of some pleasant conversation while perusing the juice menu.

And what a menu it is; I tend to favor dessert-y flavors over the fruiter or tobacco-y types, and they have some absolutely amazing options. My favorite so far is the blueberry-vanilla ice cream. I feel like too often when creating blends like that, too many things get thrown in; like you just want a simple, uncomplicated vanilla flavored juice and you get offered something like "Vanilla custard mixed with powdered sugar donuts dusted with graham crackers coated in marshmallow that's been bathed in moonlight on Halloween on a leap year while Jupiter was in retrograde. Mixed with strawberries." But this really does taste like vanilla ice cream with blueberries mixed in - it's absolutely delicious!

Also they always have my coils in stock, which given that I use a DragX-Pro, which only takes one very specific type of coil, I really appreciate. Their hours are great, too; open 'til 10, while I feel like most places close at 6 or 7, which can make it tough if that's when you're usually leaving work.

Anyways, in summary, Cloudhouse Vapor is an establishment of truly superlative quality, and one that I'm beyond happy to continue patronizing. 10/10, 5 stars, top marks in whatever metric you care to measure by!

clean, well organized, and a super accessible location not right off the highway so there's rarely traffic nearby. The selection isn't huge in terms of variety, but what they do have, they have a lot of, so if you're a regular, they seem to always have your usuals in stock

Hands down my favorite vape shop. I visit the store about once a week. To he tend to be busy and I'm usually very lucky to getting the last in stock box of my preferred juice. The staff is also very friendly, knowledgable, and quick to get me in and out.

Great group of people at this store. Very helpful when I’m looking for suggestions on a new juice or vape. Definitely recommend!

I go to this one instead of Cedar Park because of the customer service! It's great and I can always rely on them! I went in today and Steven was extremely helpful! I am excited to try something I bought. Will be coming to this location always.

Personal service. Every time we go in the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable about their in-house flavors. We always ask for suggestions, trends, what they're smokin' on and it's always great conversation.

Always genuinely helpful and everyone always has a great attitude and friendly! I won't go to any other vape store.

I've been vaping since 2013 and Cloudhouse Vapor provides the best customer service I've experienced at any vape shop. I've been twice and both times I didn't know what particular product or "specs" I wanted - just the general experience I was going for. In both instances they were able to translate that into solid recommendations. They never talked over my head, seemed irritated or acted condescending. There was no attempt to upsale. For both purchases they did an excellent job educating me on how to use and maintain the product.

I'm a long-time vaper. I started in 2009. I have worked at a vape shop. I know this industry fairly well, and have had a lot of experience as a customer.

Recently, I have had a hard time finding a good vape shop. There's a LOT of vape stores here in the Austin metro area, and there are a lot of good vape stores. Some deliver. Some have great stock. Some have really friendly, knowledgeable staff. Some are clean and well kept. Some are well organized.

It's hard to find a store with several of these attributes at once. There's always a sacrifice. While I don't know if Cloudhouse delivers, they certainly earned by business.

The store is gorgeous: clean, well stocked, and well organized. It *smells* right - that mix of vape flavors mingling in the air, but it's not heavy or overpowering.

The staff are great. Patient, knowledgeable, and full of useful recommendations. Alyssa helped my girlfriend a week or so ago when she went and grabbed me some juice and coils, and then helped me today when I needed a new tank and or order a new mod.

The one I wanted wasn't in stock, but there were a LOT of mods in stock and on display. I wanted something they had sold out of and would be getting more of later.

I got juice, a new tank, and a pack of coils for a fair price.

Their selection of both premium and house juices is vast. I'm sure there are places that have more, but not one I've run across in the last couple of years. I am very impressed with the quality of their house juice - the flavors are amazing and fairly priced for the quality.

Well worth visiting and shopping at.

Their parking lots is small, and it's hard to get up to the door if you have mobility impairment, but it's worth the extra work to trudge up the ramp. Once inside the store, there is more than enough room, and plenty of comfortable ways for anyone and everyone to get access to products and assistance.

I am very pleased with my experience there.

In short, I always have a great experience at Cloushouse on McNeil in Austin.
The details: I was having trouble with the vape I had so I did some research and found a better mod, but I was torn between two different tanks. I went to Cloushouse and found they had the mod, and both tanks I was interested in. Madison answered all my questions and helped me choose which tank was best for me. She was very friendly and honest and even answered questions I didn't even know to ask. She showed me all the workings of my new tank and even filled it for me. I even bought a battery charging dock while I was there just to help the battery last longer.
I have been to this location quite a few times and I'm also met with friendly and positive service. I believe Jaden is the name of the gentleman that has helped me most often before; he has recommended different flavor juices based on different foods or candies that I like and he has never been wrong. We've even had friendly conversations unrelated to vaping and I feel all the employees there take a genuine interest in customers. I have found a great shop that has become my #1 go-to for my vape needs.
