I found this place recently and was surprised how close it was to where I live. I have been in a few times and while some of their products are a bit overpriced, I am always impressed with the friendliness and knowledgeable, great service I have gotten. I have gone looking for supplies, if it was too expensive or not what I was looking for, they were happy to offer suggestions. I can show them pics of my plants and somebody knows what is wrong or what I need to fix it. Even the other customers have been super friendly and helpful! I may not buy all my supplies here, but I will definitely keep supporting them as much as I can. Keep up the great work!

I am new to growing and everyone here was really helpful in getting me up to speed. They go above and beyond normal customer service and their love and dedication to growing is apparent. My friend recommended that I go to this place. I have since tried a few stores that are a bit closer to my house but the prices and selection here beat out all the others so it's worth the drive.

When you get there, ask for Will. He is super friendly, helpful and is more than happy to share his expertise with growers of all levels.

When I first walked in, I was immediately greeted with a smile and genuine attitudes. I was blown away by the selection of products and how organized everything was. They made it very easy for me to find the products I was looking for. And the soil, oh my god so much of it, and SO MUCH CHEAPER than any nursery or grow store I've ever been to. Just for that reason alone I will return. Their prices for all growing products are by far the lowest. I love this store.

I’ve been going to various Way To Grow locations over the years but I’ve found Boulder to be, BY FAR, the best location. The staff there go out of their way to help and answer questions and all with a smile. Rachel stepped me through so many options for my needs even though I’m just a small hobby grower. She was incredibly knowledgeable and had the best communication skills of anyone I’ve ever experienced at a grow shop and I’ve been to MANY!

I'm a new gardener and new composter. I mentioned some things to the employees that I thought were obscure: Bokashi anaerobic composting, etc. They immediately knew more about what I was looking for than I did, pointed me to a product that worked super well. I've only shopped here once, but I will be back.

It is what you would expect, decent selection, regular pricing, friendly staff, awesome dogs. I like it.

Update: Every is still super nice, well stocked, prices are still good. I still like it.

The best customer service for a retail store I think I've ever seen.. these guys go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need for the cheapest amount possible. Their prices are reasonable and their selection is amazing. I would recommend getting a grow tent online, as they're a bit pricey here, but everything else is very competitively priced.

Best shop around and always has been! Been shopping here for over ten years. Best prices, best selection, and the only place you should trust any advice they give you. These guys rock, they know what they’re talking about and are always super friendly and willing to help.

Personable, attentive, knowledgeable, lovely beings make up the staff, their prices are darn tough to beat, and it's extremely dog friendly! Add a chocolate shop 3 doors down, and you've got yourself my exclusively favorite grow store!

I have been visiting a lot of different grow stores since arriving in Colorado, and I can finally say that I have found my go to. Not only is the staff here extremely knowlegable, but they are super friendly and welcoming unlike most shops I visited. No snobery here. They have definitely earned my business.
