The UPS Store

Everyone at this location is always patient while I pull up multiple amazon return codes. Today Kyle was friendly and efficient as he assisted me.

Best experience ever!
1. They removed the heavy, unpackaged items from my car without me asking.
2. Helped me finalize the packaging.
3. Measured and weighed each package.
4. I created the labels on my laptop and sent them to the store.
5. Best yet! There was music and a little bit of singing.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Great options to do just about anything that you need to get done! I would say that the staff are both knowledgeable AND willing to go the extra mile to help. I saw someone come in and treat them very poorly and all they did was remain professional and polite, trying to offer different ways they could help. Alas, the lady left in a huff, without listening to any of the sincere offers to help her.

I didn’t get the names of the super helpful young gentleman who waited on me at this store earlier today, but they went above & beyond to help me package a heavy & unruly hose into a box for return! I am super grateful for the assistance & will definitely be back. Thanks, fellas!

Amazing service! I was walked in with a bit of a project and Hank went above and beyond…even calling his manager to ask about different options I could explore for shipping out a bunch of high value boxes. Another associate, Kyle, was right along with him, helping to figure out what we could do to keep the boxes safe without overspending.
They both ended up working with me for about 40 minutes and were so helpful and kind. Really a nice experience.

Who would have thought that visiting the UPS store could put a smile on your face?? The center manager, Robbie Randolph, is very helpful when it comes to choosing packaging and making all my Amazon returns easy and efficient. The other staff members are friendly and helpful as well.

It’s not often one writes a 5 star review of their local UPS store - but this one was worth writing. Store manager Robbie - super helpful. Perhaps my insights aren’t spectacular here - but going to a UPS store and getting help from a person that authentically wants to help you. That’s a five star experience if you ask me.

This is the best UPS store in Boulder. Everyone is super helpful, and they make things easy. I'm in and out so quickly here, and appreciate the great service. Don't bother going to the other ones in town, they will only frustrate you. Gunbarrel UPS rules.

I just had the BEST experience with the most efficient and helpful employee, his name is Jamie (not sure spelling). In an absolute sense, he was amazing - helped me get the boxes out of the car, sped - literally warp speed - through getting my boxes through, and was friendly and attentive to another customer at the same time. Without breaking stride. In a relative sense, this BLOWS away my experience in the Boulder stores, where if you see the reviews, I am not alone in the horrific customer service and attitude there. I am forever driving to this store and I hope Jamie is there to help again. :) :)

This may not be the closest UPS store for me, but it's definitely worth the effort to stop here. They pack a lot in the space they have, with a couple printers, office supplies and a great selection of packaging - like special birthday parcels to help extend the significance of sending your gift through the mail. Cory, and the rest of the staff, provide such welcoming interactions which elevates all the reasons to make this my preferred store. They are fast, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile to communicate to meet any need. Even if all you need is friendly exchange. I highly suggest utilizing their services.

I never thought I’d give a ups store a great review? But echo all this other reviews the staff here is THE nicest. I’m on crutches and needed help with a big package, they came out to my car and carried it in - all while being friendly and nice.

Okay, no real need to write a review other than the fact that today I walked in and Cory was on the phone providing awesome service to a customer and a line began to form. I had a simple Amazon return to process, Cory was super polite and helpful, and took everything in stride. He was UBER patient on the phone - you could tell the customer had a million and a half questions regarding insurance of packages, etc. and through it all Cory remained helpful and professional.

Well done UPS Store - Cory is the hire of the century!

Cory should be a manager. This guy has been super helpful through a painful refund process. He was always keeping me updated, follow up with my case and ensure I get the best support and value as a customer. I feel appreciated, I feel that I care when I talk with him. Judy is amazing! She helped me with multiple things including copying, scanning, notary service, and sending, while also managing to balance all customers at a very busy time. She did everything perfectly and was kind and patient with everyone. Excellent service!

If I could give 10 STARS for customer service I would! Cory went above and beyond my expectations! I had a large shipment I was splitting amongst multiple owners across the country and Cory simplified it and took care of everything. He gathered shipping address, payment information and even delivered my boxes while I was out of town with the help of my neighbor. Seemless! Highly recommend this guy for a raise!

I have been going to this UPS store for over 20 years and have received excellent service and support there. Judy is always very fast and helpful and her colleague helped me with a UPS issue involving a check that was not delivered when I was told it would be delivered. The young man at the #370 UPS store helped me to get reimbursed.
