AT&T Store

Very personable. And very knowledgeable about issues i have been having with my phone. Ignacio was just the best. I'm sad he is leaving the store but I will try and follow him.

We always have a great experience going into this location. The employees are very helpful. Today, the store was packed but Ignacio handled it very well! He was very helpful to everyone around, we never felt ignored. Great time! Thank you!

Yes my name is James Williams I got terrible terrible service at the AT&T optimum wireless store and on foster road is 4230 falls the road they took it and pulled my phone down and could not repair it they sold me a phone that did not work they charged me a restocking fee for their phone that I only took for about 8 hours they set me down to the AT&T store down here on 78 to get a SIM card because date stores did not even carry SIM cards So I gave all the praise to the store on 78 to my God Ignacio gaming perfect perfect help so please utilize his store

Ignacio work with me to get my phone info transferred from a broken device. He was the only one working and he handled all customers with a very professional attitude. I wished I could give him 10 stars 🌟

Following some crazy, self-inflicted issues I was having with my phone, we headed over to this store, desperate for help. Ignacio, the Store Manager, was super knowledgeable, very understanding (and non-judgmental) and proptly resolved the problem. The thought of being phoneless for any period of time was daunting. Wow! The team in this store and the level of service they provided was without match, anywhere I have been. Roland and Ignacio are the absolute best! They made sure of all the details and even went two steps beyond to answer all of my questions. I defy you to find better service, anywhere.

After a really complicated request, Mara accomplished everything me and my fiancé came into the store for! She gave us wonderful service with no complaints! We really appreciate the great service! As a new customer, I am so happy with my transfer over to AT&T!

Roland was amazing! He was the only one working at the time we walked in, he was taking great care of a couple and as soon as he was done he quickly greeted us and made sure to listen to our needs and wants. He was thorough, patient, informative, and made sure we picked the best plan that we were comfortable with. They were very helpful and polite. Bernice ( sorry, that's not her name, but its close) was super sweet and took time to make sure everything was right. Maggie, Rolando and the guy whos name i cant remember ( sorry again) were amazing, and assisted when the system in the store crashed. Awesome team work! Thanks again!

I had a whacky problem with my phone, called ATT customer service/technical support and it was a comlpete waste of time. Stop by this store and both staff and the manager sat down with my phone for a good 30 minutes to figure out the problem. I am extremely satisfied with this store and dont mind the extra 10 minute drive to visit this store where I will get 1000% customer service!!!

There was a youngster named Damian who assisted my husband and I from switching from Boost to the awesome ATT. He helped us for two hours, made sure we got some bundle deal, and because I always thought ATT was the top of the line in phone service and was going to pay more, and have to have golden credit...nope! That Damian worked his magic, even tried his best to get Boost to let me have my number to port over. Although I didn't get my number for almost a month of calling calling calling and begging, it wasn't Damian's fault. I'd like him to know how impressed we were with his knowledge, how much he tried to get my number (they let go of my husband's and our secondary work line, but not mine for 4 weeks) and most of all, his personality!! This is truly customer service at it's best!! Good for you ATT, when you have a person who enjoys his job, and makes customers happy and laugh too, and eases the worry of price....keep this man happy there ATT 🎊
We went back a couple of weeks later and our Damian had the day off. However, the two guys that were there, were very good, very suggestive, tried very hard to get it to work....ultimately, I had to go to a Boost store with a actual caring person named Sunny who finally got my number released and onto our wonderful ATT!! What a fiasco Boost put me through! All the calls they refer you to, are in the Philippines and they have fake 'American' names, and NO help, and no manager either. NEVER leaving ATT!!

For a few weeks my phone did not receive a cell signal and could not take or recieve calls. I could use my data and text messages just fine, but it was a hindrance to my daily work. Before visiting this store I've gone to multiple stores with this issue but didn't receive any help on resolving the issue or was offered trade-in options. However, I had a wonderful experience at this store and Roberto was of great help! He patiently explained what the issue with my phone was and walked me through my options on getting a trade-in. Later, my mom had a similar issue and he helped her out as well! I'm very thankful for him, his excellent service, and patience.

Alyssa was amazing very knowledgeable, she helped me and my wife get new phones and I loved how patient she was and I asked so many questions. She even helped she money on our bill by adding auto pay and paperless and so made us aware that we were paying to much for insurance and saved us a additional 45. She is amazing and I would recommend anyone to come see her if your looking for some that is so genuine and down to earth! I would definitely be coming back!

I visited the store few nights ago and Alyssa was so helpful. We were in a panic state, My son and I but she was so helpful and just so gracious. She took her time and just really a great person. This was the first, greatest and simplest visit to an AT&T store. All thanks to Alyssa who was eager to assist us with our many needs! She was very knowledgeable about the products and informed us on the best saving deals available. All of our problems over the past 6 months were taken care of within 1 short visit.
