Lissa was an amazing help! She was extremely for helpful and patient with me opening a new plan and getting a new phone.

A few months ago I went in to the store to get some new phone activated and was highly impressed with the service provided by Lauren. She offered some great suggestions to adjust my plan and save me money since I had been with the company for a number of years. She was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough and provided great service! My mother returned a few times with little questions on her phone and settings and Lauren is always unfailingly pleasant and helpful! Fantastic service!

More recently, due to the TMobile and Sprint merger, I was having service issues with a line on my account and Kyle C. was tremendous in assisting and providing exceptional service. He was able to find a resolution to my service issue, which the more advanced online team had not been able to resolve but he contacted the right support medium to resolve the issue. He was so professional, compassionate and helpful!!! It certainly wasn't an issue caused by him or this store but he took total ownership of putting the customer first and working to help me. I can't thank him enough - amazing customer service!

Lauren saved our sale today and I want her professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy recognized. My son and I went to upgrade our phones. We waited paitently for 20-25 minutes while one employee helped a couple in front of us. Another 2 ladies came into the store. Brett came out of the back and complete ignored me and my son, and asked the ladies who came in after us how he could help them. We were going to just leave when Lauren emerged from the back and asked if she could help us.
She was apologetic for Brett, and was fantastic with explaining the new phones. Again, she saved the sale today and she alone is why I give a 5 star rating.

This Sprint location has been the best one I've been to yet, I've been with Sprint for about 6 years now and have been to many locations but not one compares to this one. I went in and was immediately greeted by Kyle C and Lauren. I was looking to upgrade but wasn't too sure on everything but Kyle C really helped me out! He ended up helping me pick a phone, the color, and he even lowered my bill for me. I had a great experience and look forward to going back for my next upgrade!

The Spring Mills Sprint employees are absolutely amazing! The store manager, Alex, and his employees Kyle, Dan, and Lauren went above and beyond to resolve my issues and provide an excellent experience every time I go in. They are all about customer satisfaction and helping in every way they can. I am so grateful for all of the help and support they have provided me and my family.

I’ve been a Sprint customer for well over a decade and have almost always gone to the Foxcroft location for service as it’s closest to where we live. Husband and I happened to be in Spring Mills on Dec 2 and saw this Sprint store and decided to stop in to get his phone upgrade here instead.

The service was TOP NOTCH! Assistant Manager Lauren helped us to start and Manager Alex finished our services for us. Also met salesperson Kyle. Everyone was amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help and answer all our questions. Absolutely the best service I’ve ever gotten in person from any of the Sprint stores I’ve visited in the past.

Definitely recommend you make the drive up here for a more personal, friendly, less crowded experience with people who really know their products and don’t mind taking the time to answer all the questions and work out all the quirks! We’ll def be bringing our business back here!

Lauren gave me great customer service! She made sure I received the best deals that sprint had to offer. She stayed long after they were closed to make sure that all my phones were activated and ready to go. She was very friendly and helpful. I Will definitely visit this location again!

I've been a Sprint customer for almost 20 years. This location is the friendliest, most efficient store I've ever dealt with. No matter if I stop in to pay on my bill, ask a question or like last week, get a new phone unexpectedly, the staff is the absolute best! Alex the store manager is ALWAYS very helpful and will take the time to answer any and all questions you may have!!! I had the pleasure of dealing with Kyle last week when I had to get a new phone. He made sure that everything was 100% before I left the store(mind you, it had snowed all day and they stayed open until all my files had been transferred to my new phone!)I couldn't ask for better customer service than what I always recieve at this location. Thank you all for always going above and beyond. It doesn't go unnoticed!

The staff at Spring Mills store were both professional and knowledgeable. Lauren went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct plan to best serve my needs. She made sure all devices worked correctly with my sons new phones. I would recommend this store to anyone who is the market for a new device and service.

We had a great experience with Miranda. She called us to let to have us update our plan. She took care of everything from start to finish. She was able to answer all of our questions and get all our devices working. She was friendly, pleasant, and very knowledgeable in her product. We appreciate all of her help.

The assistant store manager, Lauren was absolutely amazing!!! Lauren was super honest and helpful. She also got me a great deal on a new phone and saved me some money on my bill.

I was greeted immediately entering the store and was assisted by Miranda. Miranda was kind, knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me transfer ownership of a phone line. Miranda was polite and transparent about the estimated fees associated and was determined to find me the best deal possible. Miranda made sure I understood the “tech talk” lingo as well as not making me feel rushed, or a bother. Her customer service skills and ability to answer my questions adequately was outstanding. I have to mention Darrell specifically because in addition to being knowledgeable and helpful he also has great people skills and takes customer service to a new level. My wife and I were interested in the new Google Pixel 3a as an upgrade to our old antiquated because of the great reviews. There was a glitch when I tried to upgrade online so I called Sprint corporate and was eventually passed to the sales department. During my conversations with them I was quoted different prices, was told that the gmail domain was blocked from Sprint when I didn't get their emails, that the upgrade wasn't available at my local Sprint store. Also, they said there were issues with my credit cards when in fact they hadn't even tried to post the transaction according to my credit card companies. This was a horrible experience and I came very close to going with a different carrier provider. I don't know how Sprint stays in business with such a grossly incompetent sales department. My recommendation: Don't call, go to the Sprint store.

The manager Alex was great. He’s the only person I’ll ever work with anymore. He fixed a major issue on my bill and even helped me save 25 bucks. Also gave me this cool wifi for my car. Overall great experience.

Kyle was amazing ! He was attentive, made sure I got what I needed, got it done quickly, and made sure that I got the best deal possible. One of the best experiences I've ever had at a phone store. Good employees are hard to find, hang on to this one Tmobile.

This store is always very clean and organized. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. I dealt specifically with Kyle C. He went above and beyond to assist me with my account, phone, and accessories. He was very thorough, polite, and accommodating.

I had a very good experience with Kyle Case, an employee at the Spring Mills location. He was patient, friendly, and went out of his way to help me. I have been to this location several times previously and have always received excellent service from various employees. I would recommend to anyone.

Lauren was very helpful in picking out and setting up new phones for me and my fiancée, she helped us out with discounts, she walked us through everything and made everything fun too, a very bright personality. This will be my favorite sprint store so far, and I’ve been a customer for years.

Reported to listed location with a non working phone. Was immediately greeted by Ms Lauren with a cheerful greeting. Upon explaining my phone issues Lauren requested I be seated and she informed me that she would fix said problem. Ms Lauren worked thru her break period and corrected the problem all while being cheerful and greeting each person entering said store.
From the services received I will be continuing using Sprint service and reported to this location for future services. Sprint has a great employee with Lauren
