Large selection and super fast order fulfillment. What's more important is the customer service. I was so impressed. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and diligent. Brittany was so helpful and friendly. She helped me place my order and get it loaded onto the truck. I didn't have to call once to check on the order. The team called me in advance to let me know when the order would be in and then again when it arrived. Then they reminded me to pick it up twice. Super helpful. Really very impressed with the staff. Most stores in this area have terrible customer service with unfriendly or unhelpful staff. I will make it a point to come here first for flooring and other lumber.

Very happy we came here. They have a great selection of all styles of hardwood flooring. It was so easy to order. We were interested in solid hardwood and there was a lot to choose from. Laid the floors down and they are beautiful. Also they have a tile selection which I didn't realize until we were there. We will be coming back for our other projects.

Frederick location is by far the BEST! The manager was patient with my and all my questions. I chose to pick up a large part of my order at the Martinsburg location. While the staff was attentive and polite, I can't say the same about the manager. He was clearly bitter and not in a mindset to confirm anything about my order because I didn't place or pay for my.order at his location. Highly recommend Frederick location. Highly discourage use of the Martinsburg location.

Check out the online visualization tool. Wow. It uses a picture of your room and lets you try all the different flooring. It works perfectly. It was an immense help in making my selection for new flooring.

When visiting the store there was helpful staff, large selection at reasonable prices. I always use lumber liquidators when I have a house project. They make it easy.

Personnel are extremely professional & knowledgeable and enable me to make the best decision for my home flooring project. I will use this store again for my future flooring needs.
