The pharmacy team (technician and pharmacist) were super helpful today and got thru a line of 8-10 people in minutes! I’ve tried Walgreens on Lincoln.. and CVS on main st and they are always closed/too busy/out of stock. This pico Rite aid has been amazing in my first few visits! Glad to have found them. Thank you!

I have been a customer of the Rite Aid pharmacy on Pico for years and years. Dr Mona Gabriel has been my go to expert and caring pharmacist, for me and my late wife who passed away in the middle of 2021. I cannot say good enough compliments for Dr Gabriel. She was knowledgeable, caring and courteous in all our interactions with her. She is the reason we went to the pharmacy, and got great service, if she was there at the time. She recommended many great over the counter medicines upon our inquiry. She appeared always very busy, working fast to help us and others with prescriptions or any advice. I really appreciate her kindness and highly knowledgable service she provided us over the years!

I have no idea where any negative reviews come from. This Pharmacy is absolutely professional and the best in the Santa Monica area. Let's start with the pharmacy manager, Pouya Fakheri, who is the consumate professional and sets the tone at this location. Pouya and his team are amazing to work with. They really care about their patients and are also patient throughout any process of interacting with them. I truly trust anything that they recommend or say, and I would recommend this Right Aid to anyone in the Santa Monica and Brentwood area that prefers excellent service and a knowledgable staff, versus waiting around forever at Walgreens or CVS nearby. It's night and day between Rite Aid and the other options around here. Choose the right one.

This is a nice rite aid store. It was redone not that long ago. I usually get green when I walk in. Usually find what I need and occasionally have to wait in line to pay. But they are very accommodating about bringing up extra cashiers

They have really good sales.They always have everything for Holidays.

Wide selection of products for all needs. From medical to hygene to grocery needs n dont forget the least expensive ice cream in town. Also well staffed to help find products. U will be pleasently surprised with service.

The staff is so nice. The overhauled the store a year ago n it is amazing. They have great ideas, n prices n THEY BEAT CVS IN MY OPINION BUT ARE COMPETITIVE TO WALGREENS
