I was visiting friends in the area for a weekend when their cat triggered pmy asthma symptoms, I went into the pharmacy looking for a solution to my breathing difficulties and the blonde pharmacist with glasses made me o h. Haware of how serious my issues were and helped me contact my doctor for an emergency prescription. They had it filled within an hour. I also want to add the tech with glasses and curly hair was super friendly and slayed their fit today. Thank you cvs.

I went into buy a bottle of water and was having a horrible day. The cashier could see this I guess and took a minute to talk to me. There wasn't anyone waiting and I needed the kind words she spoke to me more then anything at that moment. She didn't have to do or say anything. She could have just rang me up and let that be that. These are the people that need to be recognized! I wish new her name..it was Friday afternoon. She had glasses and a while sweater. I don't know if this will ever get to her superiors or her. But, I want to say thank you very much. It really does make a difference. 💕So many people are barely even doing the bare minimum at the jobs they have, so to have someone reach out on a personal level felt really great!

It was such a quick phone call, I believe she told me her name was Emily, but it was exactly what I needed. She sounded incredibly busy, non-stop clacking on a keyboard in the background, but she quickly gathered my information and was incredibly helpful and gave excellent customer service. I feel like dealing with prescriptions and pharmacies could be such an annoying process, but whoever I spoke to on the phone made it quick and painless, thanks for doing your job so well!

One of the pharmacists took extensive measures to make sure the medicine I was taking wouldn't upset one of my conditions (that states I can't have most food or drink). He was extremely patient and was extremely kind. Please give this man a raise or promotiom, he deserves it!

Dave at the pharmacy was extremely helpful to me today. I ended up going to the minute clinic at 51 Market St to get a prescription I needed and Dave made multiple phone calls for me and called me back immediately w the information I needed. I really appreciate his help today. Thank you so much Dave .

Usually good experience , heavy volume can make pharmacy counter surly at times, but not always. Bigger, Owner, issue may be seedy location and absolutely no parking (3 metered spots in front on street).

I have always had a great experience at CVS Pharmacy on Congress Street.The pharmaceutical technicians there are excellent. They are knowledgable and they are incredibly helpful if you don't have insurance. They will help you find the right product that you need to get well or stay well.

The lady who waited on me was very helpful and friendly helped me sign up for discounts they don't sell cigarettes though
