It's like you have your own personal business address, and it's very important to me, as I am with out a Home or Business address at the moment, bit I feel that things will get better, as long as I treat people right, stay humble and be patient...

The Company i work for unexpectedly ran out of rolls for shipping labels that are required for the label machine we have in the warehouse. The employees here were very helpful and offered a quick temporary solution to our problem, while also giving us the proper information and phone numbers to contact in order to obtain the proper supplies needed. The labels needed are 100% not available for pickup at any ups location and must be sent to your location via UPS commercial services with proper UPS commercial account info. Thanks to this UPS store it was just like another day at the office. Highly recommend.

The staff leaves me amazed by how professional and helpful they can be. When I had trouble I could always count on the manager Luis Mondragon to help solve any issues. Beat UPS store I’ve been to!

We had to ship a computer to SC and we were worried about it getting there safely. Tamika was WONDERFUL! She gave her time and attention in packing it for us and made us feel like it was just as important to her that it got there safely as it was to us. Thank you, Tamika. I wish I could give them 1000 stars! I went there yesterday to return two Amazon purchases and I was in and out within one minute. I went back today with 11 packages to send for Christmas gifts. I felt sorry because I know it was going to take a while, and it was lunch time. Everyone who worked there was amazing, professional and efficient. Whether it was dealing with someone who walked in without a mask (during this pandemic) or the simplest request for a fax, their customer service was great!

Because I saw a bad review I had to write this. I go there every day. I ship over 100 packages per week there. I have never had a problem. They do the best they can. When they are too busy they work through it. They don't yell at anyone. They don't make excuses for it they work hard and get the job done. The only thing that is wrong with this location is that being next to a car rental place the parking is very limited. Too many rental cars taking up all the spaces. Other than that it is a great place to do business.

Walked in completely lost trying to send a care package to a friend. Giselle was very helpful and explained everything I had to do to send my package successfully. Shout out to her for being patient with me would definitely come back.

I went to MY UPS store today. As always, the store was immaculate and the employees were very attentive. I had 2 packages to ship. The gentlemen attended to my needs efficiently and verified both packages. I am so proud of this store. Oh, I got to the store about 5:30 pm. About 5-6 people came in, the store manager was about to leave, he opened another window to help get everyone taken care of. I give this store 10 stars out of 10. Senior citizen friendly!!!

I have used this store for 3 years and they are great to me. If I know I'll be a few minutes late I can call and they will wait for me to pick up my packages. Always a smiling face when I come into the store. You have to keep in mind that this store gets busy at times and you just have to have patience until it's your turn to be helped. I recommend to anyone.

Furthermore, the USPS charges $1 for online forwarding, too. If you don't want to pay them to do mail forwarding for you then go to the USPS and get a forwarding request card yourself.

I have used this particular store many times. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. Today I had several packages to mail. Will got them out of my car trunk and carried them in for me. Louis got a chair for me since I had a lot of paperwork to do before the packages were ready to mail. Both Will and Louis were helpful and patient with me while I got everything organized. This particular UPS store is my “go to” place for mailing and returning packages. So much more accommodating and faster than the Post Office or Fed Ex.

The employees of this UPS definitely make it worth coming back. They had me out of there in less that a minute!!!! Overall great staff and great store. They have definitely earned my future business!!!

i’m writing this because there are so many bad reviews and i don’t know why. i come here at least 3 times a week and have always been happy with the service. the staff is spectacular and always kind. the store is always clean, and even when they’re crowded they handle things efficiently and diligently.

This is literally the BEST place to have a P.O. Box! The staff Is incredibly nice and always helpful. We have had our P.O. Box at this location for several years and through 2 owners. The current staff is the best, if you want good service with a smile, you’ve got to go to this store!👍

Everyone was super friendly! And the girls working got me in and out. It was my first time shipping out and they made it so easy. Absolutely would come again!!!
