Kohl's

I went to return Amazon items and decided to look for a new purse. After narrowing down my choices, one of the purses didn't have a tag anywhere on it. I went to the customer service desk and the associate was very helpful. She was able to look up the price and could check me out there. I hadn't used my Kohl's credit card in a while and it had been closed. She enrolled me in the rewards program and helped me reopen my Kohl's credit card.

I finally found a pair of shoes that I've been trying to locate for 3 or more years; a comfortable pair of black slip ons with black soles. I finally found them but the left shoe was missing and could NOT be located. Theresa at customer service found them at the Spring store location and asked Richard in the shoe department to contact that store and have the shoes put on hold for me to pick up the next day. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Theresa AND Richard for going above and beyond for me! I love my new comfortable shoes!!

Nice selection of clothes and other home goods. We were very happy the entire store has been rearranged and updated. The Amazon returns counter is a big plus.

This is my local go to store! I’m definitely a regular here for many reasons. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love getting Kohls cash!!! You can order online, send to the store and pick it up without waiting in a line; just walk in, pick up and go. I’m not sure if you need a Kohls card for that but it’s amazing!

I will be visiting again soon . The cashier from the 1960 location was great . It’s hard to find employees like Sam she was so helpful and she taught me how to search for the kohls app . She had patients because I didn’t have a clue as to what I was doing but thanks to her I now know . Nowadays employees are rude any where u go but I was pleasantly surprised and I will be a loyal customer . Thanks kohls !

Shopping for back to school clothes for 6 year old Grandaughter. We were there about 1 1/2 hours and never saw an associate. Pick out our items and proceeded to check out. That associate was Wonderful. Friendly, Helpful and a delight to work with.

I really like their brand Jumping Bean for kids. My son has sensory issues with clothes and the basketball shorts are super soft. They also have an Amazon returns there and they give a percentage off paper when you return an item there.

Very nice store to shop at if you're looking for good deals on great products.

My husband and I enjoy shopping at Kohl’s. The prices are always reasonable, the store is very clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful. I always feel that I have made a good deal when purchasing merchandise from Kohl’s.

I’m a big fan of Kohl’s shopping experience the Bility to tack on coupons in Kohl’s cash on top of clearance prices is ideal. Exclusions I typically finer with athletic wear like Nike or Adidas.

I find that these are pretty good sizes for variety of ages. I have five kids ranging 18 to 2 boys and a girl so this is a great place for us to shop for clothes.

Donna at checkout, Andrea, and Julianna salefloor associate in petite women were phenomenal, friendly, and excellent in their customer service. It was my first time shopping at this store and I left out with great bargains and a big smile. These beautiful women went beyond and above in their respective roles. Thank you Khols for having valuable employees at your company and this store. I shall return.

Reorganized since last visit. Sephora added. There was enough clerks for organized timely checkout.

They are always very accommodating. I am and have been on a walker or a wheel chair. They have always gone above and beyond to help make my shopping a little easier. A shout out to the store Manager Matt, Ricardo, and the Amazon lady Maria for always going above and beyond 😀 🙌🏼 They are the best.

Came in for Amazon returns. The store was very clean and the Easter displays were nicely decorated. I noticed that the makeup department looks like it is being discontinued. I found a long workout tunic as a bonus!

I was running SO late to a party and I had to change into a bra in the dressing room. Well I dropped the stupid tag while shopping for my bathing suit and when i went up to checkout she helped look up the right bra in the system AND checked my back for tags!

We laughed and her smile was so contagious! Will definitely shop here again! Thank you for your kindness!!

**FOLLOW UP** my friend that works there told me that they actually thought I was a shoplifter lol! I was wondering why everyone looked so tense. Not every brown person is a thief, guys! Thanks for not calling the cops on me for dropping a tag. #kohlscares
