Great staff, from Drake taking care of my account to Chris A.M. and Brandon GM giving that extra effort to make me feel part of the family.

My visit ended on a positive note because Maribel went above and beyond to help me. She is a very good employee and shouldn’t have to work all by herself!! This store is way too busy for one person! Please work on making it a little easier on your employees

Drake and Kourtney were amazing. Me and my sister walked in and walked out with 2 new phones with barely any money down. My android took 2 hours to transfer:( so they stayed until it was done and helped me put my screen protector on. Every other AT&T I went to was hard because no one explained anything. They explained everything and even helped us navigate the customer service for another phone provider! We were there for a while running into all kinds of things that they figured out. Would give 10 stars:))

I brought my son’s phone in because his new phone would not take the transfer from his old phone. Austin was very patient and extremely helpful to get everything transferred over. The process took some time but he made it happen. We appreciate his helpfulness and customer service.

This is a great store. Ask for Josh! He is FANTASTIC! He was very knowledgeable about products and phones and helped us switch phone companies in less than an hour. I’ve been in twice in the last month to get everything switched over and he’s helped out both times. He’s fast, efficient and will help you get the best deal (saving us over $100/month).

We had a billing challenge, and to get a better understanding we stopped by the store. Marybelle was patient and helpful explaining to us what we needed to do to correct the issue. Thanks for the customer service Marybelle.

The service at the Arrington Rd ATT was amazing. Within moments of entering we were greeted and helped! Came in to upgrade a phone on our plan. They were able to get it set up and bring out everything we needed. The store was fully staffed and able to help everyone that walked in while we were there. Very friendly and enjoyable. It was also great to see the manager walking around helping and interacting with his team and the guests! Overall an easy and great experience.

Was in this store several times for several issues as frustrating as it was, the help was amazing especially Austin at the Arlington. Road location he was there to navigate me through the whole previews. I know if I need anything in the future I’ll be back there.

Josh Rohr was extremely helpful in my search for a new phone case and screen protector. He was very knowledgeable on all the options and worked with my budget. I highly recommend him!

I have never had such an easy experience with a phone company in person customer service interaction. I stopped in the store to find out when i was eligible for an upgrade with the 3 phones I have on my plan and also my sons cracked screen. The store was very clean and the manager Jessica was very polite and helped me with all my concerns. She had a few customers before me and always greeted them with a smile. She was Very kind and courteous and I will visit this store again in the future

10/10 experience. Staff was quick to assist me and informative on the situation I was there for, as well as answered any questions I had.

I had a great experience at this location !! I was the first to walk through the door when they opened and o felt bad being that first customer knowing they had just opened and he probably wanted a couple of minutes to breathe before customers started piling in lol 😂 But Brandon was very polite and kept a smile on my daughters face and kept a conversation going the whole time I was there. The other employees were a pleasure as well. I will definitely recommend everyone I know to this location !!

My experience was very good. Jeramy is very knowledgeable and very good at setting up my phone. He is very professional and a great speaker.
