This is the best Walgreens and pharmacy I’ve ever been too, and I’ve moved almost every two years for the past 20 years (across states, cities, etc). They actually get the count of pills right (Shame on you Rite Aid Bonney Lake), and are super fast in filling the prescription. So fast that they keep calling me every day to come pick up my prescriptions, lol. Very efficient and tightly run ship. I waited over 6 months to make sure that I could review them appropriately. I love the drive thru which is the 2nd only drive thru on the entire island. My docs can send the Rx to them electronically, even the paper/class 2(?) ones. Inside of the store is fresh, clean, and stocked well.

Quick Service Pharmacy hours are standard for Walgreens but pharmacist and pharmacy techs are always helpful and the employees here are always willing to lend a hand help you find what you need no matter what time you show up

I have been to walgreens for along time. They are really nice. I wouldn't want to go to another store.

The pharmacy portion of this Walgreens is not great. Haven't used that for a while though, so it probably has changed since I have used it. The rest of the store is good, well lit, clean, good temperature and good stock in most situations. If you get there near closing time, be prepared for the staff to be unhappy with you though. I went there 15 minutes before closing time and was told "you know we close in 10 minutes right?" in a rather hostile tone, without provocation, as I was just walking to get 2 items. My friend works here and he tells me policy is to serve customers up until closing, so this remark, especially when I didn't even talk to or ask for help from this staff member, was definitely uncalled for. Otherwise the store is pretty good. The rest of the staff are usually kind and helpful.

I want support this store, but every time I come to buy something or to fill a prescription, I am met with disorganization, attitude, and just generally unpleasant behavior. From this point forward, I will choose a different pharmacy and drug store.

The app offers certain services (giving a barcode, pre-registration or signing forms) that it seems the store is not aware of, or is annoyed by.

Had my medicine in stock, but they swapped my needles out for the wrong length, after I called to see if they had the right length in stock, and they said if they didn't they would call me back.

We just transferred all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy. I was literally on hold with the pharmacy for 40 minutes trying to call them because the app said I needed to call them about a specific prescription. After 40 minutes, someone picked up the line and set the phone receiver on the counter. I could hear all the background noise of their work and chatter. They left the phone off the hook on purpose not knowing I was on the line. I hollered "hello!!" a bunch of times but no one answered. And this was not the first time this has happened. They also have the worst hours. Not even open on weekends. So frustrating.

No one works here.

This location is comically understaffed. I've been trying to fill a prescription for some time now with no luck. When I call I'm on a hold for anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes IF they answer and then they can't answer my questions. When I come in person I wait for 10 to 30 minutes, and then they can't answer my questions. The non-pharmacist people working here don't know how to use the systems and are rude or defensive when I ask questions. I don't get consistent text message updates on my prescription. My prescription disappears from my online account. They offer a delivery service, but no one knows how it works, so if you opt into it, your prescription just sits in a doordash bin for days. The only reason I'm still coming to this pharmacy is because the next closest Walgreens is a 40 minute drive from my house.

Yep, no one works there, this pharmacy is a joke, etc. just as everyone else has already stated. The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone, my doctor's office couldn't get through either, WOW. What a joke. I wouldn't be so angry about this if this was a bubble gum shop, but they are a pharmacy. I simply expect MUCH better service than this, which is equal to zero.

I am transferring my prescriptions to CVS in Poulsbo. Less convenient but this pharmacy is a joke. They discontinued Saturday hours (a non-starter for those of us who work in Seattle 9-5) and there was a very long line there yesterday. But the drive-through was getting great service! Then the tech got in a snarky back and forth about the Saturday closures in front of all the customers. Very unprofessional.

I've attempted to call the pharmacy several times. After finally waiting on hold 45 min, the phone rang several times then the call disconnected. I was trying to transfer an RX but apparently they don't want my business. Totally absurd.

Disconnected five times over a two hour period by both the pharmacy and the store. This store shouldn't offer a phone number if there's no intention to answer calls.

The pharmacist and Tony are ATROCIOUS! The manager should be ashamed to allow these two to have jobs- read all of the reviews, there is zero empathy or professionalism from both. After waiting TWICE for 30 minutes in line at the pharmacy, HOURS after my prescription was supposed to be done, I was told upon the second 30 minute wait that I could come back in an hour. When I explained I’d been back already, had two children in the car, Tony put his hand up, and told me I needed to move my car, he’d call me when it was ready, and that I need to prioritize my prescription, that I’m just 1 of 300. Exactly- I am ONE of the paying customers. As if that’s any of his concern OR his job- if I put in my order, I wait to the appropriate time, I then wait in line TWICE, why is it MY ISSUE and why is it any concern of his when I do it???? The issue is the pharmacist and staff cannot handle their jobs, lack professionalism and courtesy and are out and out AWFUL! Go anywhere else if you can! The pharmacist told me I need to find a different pharmacy since I’m unhappy. Ha, don’t worry, we will! My business will absolutely go elsewhere, where employees speak with kindness and respect! The issue has never been the wait time, it’s their obnoxiously RUDE attitudes.

Always understaffed. I've currently been on hold for...38 minutes and 5 seconds to ask if a prescription will be ready before they close. (update: on hold for 47 minutes and 35 seconds - at this point I'm just curious). Update 2: 54 minutes and 2 seconds...still on hold :) Update 3: Broke the one hour mark!
