Stater Bros. Markets

I was looking for a Stouffer‘s party size, macaroni and cheese and I called this Stater Bros. and I spoke to an employee named Rick who actually checked stock and said he had five left and that he would hold one for me and this was the day before Christmas, so the store was very busy. When I went to pick it up, the manager got it for me and opened up a register so I could get out quickly. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a grocery store and one thing I want to mention is that I saw lots of smiling employees, everyone seem to be in a good mood even though the store was super busy! I highly recommend the store.

Stater Bros. is a good store. Reasonable prices, friendly employees, and a good selection. I like that I can buy one item on sale without having to buy five or six to get the sale price, like some other stores.

I drive a few miles to this grocery off and on...it has been a very good market for years! They have good produce and fresh, often very reasonably priced product. They have their own butchers and their meats are high quality and seem very fresh! There is always a butcher on duty which isn't always the case in major chains. The store is VERY clean whenever I stop in and NOW DAYS, what I appreciate even MORE....most every check lane in open with a REAL checker to do their job, and with a good attitude! I'm so tired of receiving less and less customer service and paying the same high prices as places that provide help!!!
Kudos to Stater Brothers for the quality customer service as well as a pleasant and quality place to shop in East L.B. near Milliken High School.

Store is clean, shelves are stocked, (and with many brand options), but the wait in line was unnecessary for a Thursday morning. My favorite thing though was simple and that was the amazing produce section. Organized, fresh and the celery stalks were trimmed! Small thing but worth mentioning.

Stater Brothers markets has the greatest meat department I have seen. The butchers are extremely knowledgeable and as the sign says very well trained. We went here for standing rib roast and he introduced me to Angus beef standing rib roast which looked almost like Prime. When cooked we were extremely satisfied by the meat and its flavor it was very good

EDIT: My wish is that there was a Stater Bros Market closer to San Pedro. Our population is about to explode with all the new homes and apartments at Harbor View, we will need more available sources for food.

Eric at the deli counter is the nicest most helpful person. He goes out of his way to make sure that my requests are met, and even remembers weeks later that I like extra thin slices. Thank you for making our local market feel so welcome!

Easy to shop. Helpful people. Easy in and out. Crowded today but still went pretty quick.
Of the things I got today at the market were feta cheese and cottage cheese. I like to mix them together 3 parts cottage 1 part feta. Has a nice zing.

Always love this store. Their meats are the best. Been going to Stater Brothers Markets since I was very young. Always the best produce and meats at great prices. And the staff is always amazingly helpful and friendly.

This place is awesome!! The staff here are so courteous and polite and professional. They have a great meat counter and an awesome Deli. The store was very clean and attractive. I will definitely be doing my shopping at this Stater Brothers from now on

I've been shopping at Stater Bros. for years. This is a new store for me, and they're living up to the standards I've seen at other stores. Always clean and stocked well with a gently and helpful staff. Even during this panic outbreak, the store is clean and ordered. They're out of some things, but doing their best. The parking lot is big enough and it's shared with other stores in the complex. There are cart return stalls in the lot that are easy to get to. This store makes the 6 mile drive, bypassing the other grocery stores, worth it.

Love the meat selection, my new go-to spot.. worth the drive from downtown Lb

It's a smaller Stater Brothers store. However the staff is good. If you don't know where something is they will direct you. The produce is always fresh although at the present time it is not that inexpensive. The meat counter is the forte of the store. They have an excellent selection of meat, and if you want something that isn't showing, they will cut it to order for you. And if they don't have it they will order it for you. I recommend the chain highly.

Stater Bros is now my primary grocery store. The selection is good and the I find good value. I enjoy the fresh cut fruit bar.

Salad offerings were great 3 lb bag of chopped romaine and iceberg lettuce.

Clean store. Meat counter has a nice selection. This is the first time I went in to buy a package of meat and it did not have that dreaded white padding inside of it that adds weight.

There are no Stater Brothers in the South Bay. I have to drive to Long Beach to visit. I like this store.

This is my place to shop where service is great and people are friendly.
