I was missing out on very important calls on my phone because it was problems charging it so I went into the store and he help me out with my number and merged it temporary so that I can continue to receive those important calls. I think him so much and God bless him.

Traded in an old phone today. Ryan & Cassy were super helpful and patient. The process was a bit challenging with the current phone trade in promotion.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Josh helped us out with 2 brand new iPhone 8s, sweet man, VERY personable and excellent customer service. The entire process took a while but he made time pass smoothly :) will definitely be recommending this place to everyone 10/10!!

Ray helped my husband trade in his iPhone7 for the new iPhone X max and we had a very nice experience. Ray was able to get him the new screen protector and a new case along with still leaving us some credit after it was all said and done. We were on vacation from Houston to go to Disney this week,and glad we did the trade in here. Highly recommend you to come see Ray,great employee and friendly demeanor,made it a worthwhile experience.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience adding a line to her plan and purchasing 2 new phones. DAVID was amazing, patient, super helpful and a pleasure to meet. We would recommend his service to anyone!

I went into the store last night around 9:50 and David helped me get a new phone up and working. I had lost mine in the Pacific Ocean earlier that day and I was pretty upset. David took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole process smooth and easy. He stayed well past closing time to accommodate my situation and I can’t thank him enough for that. We laughed and even danced a little along the way which makes the difference in any retail situation. Sharing stories and connecting on a personal level made my experience memorable. He truly went above and beyond all expectations. David is a real rockstar employee and I definitely recommend this location because of him. A+++

To those who are complaining about the additional charges that they didn’t expect to see, take a look at your prorated charges. It’s calculated the daily rate of your old and new plan.

Jeremy and his team greeted me with sincerity. They understood my issue at hand and took the time to resolve with customer service. They weren't pushy or rude. I will definitely be back to get my next phone from them.

Store was well kept, the employees resolved my initial request and checked my account for any upgrades or other services the offered. Definitely will come back, I highly recommended this location as they'll take care of you!

Walked into the store and immediately they greeted me best way possible, showed me around the store and the different kinds of phones they had, broke down what each phone was good for asked me what I was looking for in a phone, saved me a lot of money on my bill even though I thought it was gonna be expensive since it’s AT&T, I was honestly surprised, I also have been at many different stores but never had customer service like this they have the best staff, they’re also pretty funny too, I would recommend everyone go to Syed he was extremely helpful also there manager helped us a lot and everyone was just working as a team! I would definitely recommend to go to this store it is located at the Block of Orange
