Ace Hardware

This Ace is better than the other Ace I've shopped at. It is very packed but it has everything that a corporate type hardware store. The staff is friendly and helped me with what I needed for my project. They also have things that one would not find at the larger corporate type hardware! They even have things that one can normally only find at an online merchant! The prices are comparable to the larger corporate hardware store. Shop here instead amd support your local business. I was pleasantly surprised!

Staff were really nice constantly asking if I need any help and what I'm looking for to get me into the right area for what I'm looking for. Staff was knowledgeable and if they didn't know they would find someone immediately that did. They helped me pick out some electrical equipment for a project I have and cut a key quickly that worked the first time. They even let me test the key before purchasing it and willing to make modifications if needed.

I absolutely love Ace hardware; I've been going there since before they were in this location probably 40 or more years ago. They are small in size but have what you need in the way of everything but the really big stuff at the big box stores without going on a marathon walkabout. Their helpful staff shames the big box stores anytime. The staff has been there for years and is very knowledgeable for recommendations on products, something the big box stores are often lacking, if you can find a staff person! I can get in and out in 10 or 15 minutes, sometimes less, whereas The Big box store would take 45 minutes or more to do the same thing. Plus, I like to support the smaller local stores where the money tends to stay in the community rather than being sent to the other side of the country.

I sometimes have reservations about Ace hardware vs. the bigger stores. But they had exactly what I needed on a Friday night at an incredible price. They even stayed late to help me.

I got 2 sophisticated outside door locks re-keyed despite not having the original key with me. I got 6 key copies. My total price was about $20. I'm going back there next time I need expert help. Ace helped me when Lowe's couldn't.

These guys are amazing. They screened my large screen door while I waited.You won't get the kind of personal attention at any other hardware store, that I know of.

Excellent and friendly customer service. Wonderful for getting keys made, even keyless fob car type. Real traditional small town feel loaded with accessories you won't find anywhere. Fun to go in and just browse. Plenty of parking.

I had been to all the big box stores in the area looking for what I thought would be fairly common, 4 inch door hinge pins, but none of them had any in stock and no place to stock them.
I walked in to Ace, received a friendly greeting and was asked what I was looking for. I told the young man and he went right to what I had been driving all over looking for.
I will make this the first place I look next time.

Always helpful and wow what a huge selection of items. I don't know if I have ever been there and they didn't have what I needed. Love this place.

Ace Hardware in Long Beach,CA off of Spring St and Palo Verde across from Stater Brothers, has EVERYTHING YOU NEED ! The Staff is Excellent, they cover your wants and needs. I rely on them for Key cutting Services, and all the hardware I need ! Great People !!! 💖

I love this store! There is always plenty of staff to help and they are so friendly. And every time I think they won’t have what one of the big box stores has, they do! Plus, I’m in and out in just a few minutes. And, I love that I’m supporting a local business that has been a part of our community for so long. I now make this my first choice over the larger home improvement stores.

Open 4th of July, Closing before dark. Nice idea win win for evey one. More your mom and pop shop, family friendly.

Conner helped me fix a flat bike tire and even refunded me when the slime didnt work. I was in the wild had no tools and Conner and Ace Hardware helped me...no charge. I walked got the tube came back and he said bring the bike in. THIS is the kind of store that will help you out of a jam.

Forget the big box hardware stores! Hubby spent 2.5 hours without success. Last chance will be our first go-to from now on. Actually have knowledgeable, helpful staff offering assistance from the moment you walk in. Mid-Century throwback service and we love it!!!!! Thank you Ace Hardware 💌

My dad and I go out of our way to support local businesses including this little hardware store. Little in size but not in inventory! Rarely have we gone here and they didn't have exactly what we've needed. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and their prices are completely reasonable. Glad to have this Ace in our vicinity. Ace is the place baby!

Always are extremely friendly and helpful.....Definitely my go to hardware store for just about almost anything.....
