Amazon Fresh

It was my first time there, it was great!! I had a return so I took it there. They give a credit for returns when you buy a certain amount. The store was very clean, the shopping carts were interesting, you log into your account for use the cart. As you put items in it, you scan the item and when you are on the way out you go across sensors and everything is checked out, then they email you a receipt. Hehe sorry, I should have explained it better, but it is early morning AMD I am tired. heheh It was a good experience 😉🙂

Nice clean store with friendly service. Very nice clerks at the store always willing to help. It seems Amazon is out of stock on some of thier speical buys. Nevertheless, always great service. Weekly discounts of $10 off of $50 purchase is vey helpful

The greeter was very kind and when I asked about the special carts they have... He walked me through setting it up step by step on my phone and I was very appreciative of this. The store was extremely clean and had many options. The only downfall was I watched several people steal stuff while they're in the store which isn't stores issue it's more of a global issue right. It's a shame that nobody could do anything about that.

This is a great place to shop. The produce is always fresh, and there are a lot of great options. It even has a kitchen where you can order food and it it there if you want.

Really nice location. They have pizza 18” for $8.99 and $1.79 a slice. Also, a great selection of other deli. I like the smart cart. It was fun to use. There is Alexia tablets all over the store. You can ask Alexia questions like in what isle is the cereal and it will guide you. If you use the smart cart, you can use your Amazon card to pay. Good prices tbh.

It was a great experience! I was in the area and had to stop by here to see what it was like. I used the Amazon Dash Cart and I was in awe by the technology. Employees were really helpful and friendly. There were directions on the screen to guide me along. I was here on a Friday around 11am and there were some customers but mostly employees filling pickup orders. Their prepared meals looked really good. I love all the options. The store was very clean and organized.

This Super Market is a pleasant surprise.
I read that Amazon opened up a new Amazon Fresh close by and I decided to check it out. I did not realize that it was only opened for business yesterday. Since it is new, it is very clean. The aisles are wide and the whole store feels spacious. This Amazon Fresh is no different than other Super Markets as the selection is quite broad. Besides the regular Produce, Meat & Seafood departments there is a Fresh Kitchen where Pizza, Deli, Sandwich and Sushi are available.
The veggies in the Produce department are very fresh and appealing (as it should be as this store was only opened one day ago). The prices are compatible with some surprises. I found my favorite Philadelphia Salmon flavor Cream Cheese at less than $2.00 which is even cheaper than Walmart. While Costco still has the best prices but the selections are not as great. The package size is sometimes too much for me. So, this Amazon Fresh is going to be my other Super Market now.

There is a Service counter that would accept Amazon returns. Very Convenient.

This Amazon fresh has Dash Carts! The employees are friendly and helpful. The store has some unique Asian items that other Amazon fresh stores don't have

Really cool Amazon Supermarket! Very clean, organized and well stocked. Cool shopping carts that link to your Amazon account and will scan items as you drop them in. Digital display also shows your Alexa shopping list among other useful information.

Amazing concept!!!! Well organized, lots of options and Smart Kart checkout means No queues to pay just go through the green bar checkout exit and you are done.

Astounding store with keen customer service. The store was clean, staff were smiling as if they enjoyed working there. Also, location is somewhat ideal, but hopefully they can expand across Long Beach, CA. In addition, prices are competitive and products are of good quality. I made a visit on yesterday to try some products and I'm a satisfied customer.
You have options with the shopping carts, so be aware of the line for shopping carts for customers with Amazon accounts.

Store is always well stocked, and items are priced competitively. Employees are always pleasant and professional, greeting you as soon as you come in. Easy to find pretty much everything quickly 🥒 🥬. Even the deli/cafe section 🍕 🍣 has become our recent favorite .The only suggestion I can think of (and might not be relevant to everyone) is maybe to have more electric scooters for the convenience of elderly or disabled shoppers. We have been fortunate every time to catch the store at a lull, and find an available scooter 🛵. Once the store gets even more popular, this might not longer be the case. Otherwise the store is great, and we look forward to coming here regularly.

Amazon fresh is becoming my favorite store! The food is so good and buying items on sale is great. I still have the best pizza and pretty good sushi

I went right after they opened & during COVID, so somethings will obviously be changing. It felt really safe to be in there. They were wiping down carts, each aisle was 1 way, tons of protective barriers, contactless payment, etc.

Cool little store. Very clean and not that crowded at all. Was able to find everything I needed, the prices are something else though...kinda high. Fun experience with the smart cart. The best part? No lines when you use the smart cart!! Make sure you have the Amazon app on your phone though! You're gonna need it.

Surprisingly comparable prices to other supermarkets in the area and discounts for our prime membership. Clean and spacious aisles. Very impressive for my first visit. Returning purchase to Amazon is incredibly fast and easy at the Amazon Fresh store!!!

The Amazon Kitchen foods cooked there are fresh and tasty. The pizza is a meal for one slice at $1.79 each! The meats are very inexpensive with good quality cuts.

See those hundreds of cameras on the ceiling? If you have the Amazon app, use the “In Store Code” and go through the gates to your right when you enter. The cameras see what you add to your cart and you can just walk out when you’re done. No standing in line!

Amazon Fresh in Long Beach is a game-changer! Wide variety, quick delivery, and fresh produce. Simplifies grocery shopping. Highly recommend!
