Best smoke shop you can ever go to! They have pipes, disposable vapes, regular vapes, many different juices, kratom & much more! I know the employees fairly well because I'm there at least 2-3 times a week. They are SO friendly & if you're new to this they explain anything you need to know so well! Definitely come here if you need to make a run to a smoke shop!

This is an awesome one stop smoke shop right off of 75 in Richardson. My best friend took me into this shop and I am happy she did. We were immediately greeted with a hello and smile from Herbert and Jimmy. Both so friendly and helpful. Herbert even recommended a new vape product for me that I am enjoying. The prices were very good and a lot more reasonable then I expected especially since it was located right off of the highway. They have a wide variety of products & the shop is clean. I will definitely be back! What a great little hidden gem of a smoke shop! Keep up the great work y’all! 💜☺

I've been to all the smoke shops in town and Smoke Signals is the best by far. All the employees are very knowledgeable about their products and they have the best prices. When I went to one of the other shops and asked about a product,I was told " I have no clue".

Been here several times now. Received GREAT customer service every time from the owner and every time from the staff as well. Polite and respectful. They actually spent their time explaining everything to me from a to z and gave me and have excellent deals. Much better value for the money compared to other local shops. The pricing is very competitive and I even looked online, and they even happened to have some discounts. Definitely my go-to place.

I go here all the time for juice, coils and the like. The owner Jimmy is always awesome to me, treats me and my brother like family. James and Kaitlyn are awesome to us as well. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help with any questions or needs. Been going there for about a year now and have no desire or need to go anywhere else.

I came into this shop because I saw all the good reviews, and I must agree with them! This place is awesome. It smells good, is clean, and has a wide variety of different pieces. Usually when I go to head shops I have a hard time finding something I like. Here, I had a hard time choosing which piece to buy! The guy working showed us a bunch of really cool and unique pieces, definitely knew his stuff. I got the perfect present for my sister in laws birthday and I couldn't be more excited to give her the gift. Also, it's affordable!

Went in this afternoon with a couple of friends and was really impressed. The place is very clean and organized, everything is very easy to see with a huge selection. A guy named Jimmy runs the place and he really knows his stuff. I ended up getting a few surprise discounts at the register which was nice but even without them everything was very reasonably priced and affordable. Jimmy never pushed too hard selling anything and just kinda sat back and answered all of our questions for a solid 30-45 mins. You definitely need to stop in here if you are looking for anything.

I have been to this place many times. They always have a good selection of kratom and some nice selection of e-juice. James is helpful and a pretty awesome dude and Jimmy has this flow in the shop. Customer service as well as customer satisfaction. Just follow the smoke signal to this place, you'll find it. 🍻

Love this place wholeheartedly. They have the best kratom in the DFW hands down. But James really is the guy who makes a lasting impression. He always has the best energy and really knowledgeable. I tend to stay a few more minutes than planned just for a nice conversation lol.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I've had them give me deals on several occasions when buying multiple items. Also, one time they told me about an item I was interested in, but they were out of stock. They took down my number and called me within 24 hours when they got the item in stock. Would absolutely shop here again.

I do not live close but when I have the time/money to make the drive this is THE shop for me. The selection for vape or other needs is impressive! The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable making it an easy place to shop for all level of customers!

Hands down the best smoke shop I’ve ever been to. I greatly appreciate the customer service here and there hasn’t been a time that I’ve stopped by One Stop Smoke Shop and wasn’t welcomed, or felt like I wasn’t satisfied with with my purchase or my experience there. From the owner down to the employees , everybody is cool. Had an issue with my 4/20 box and the staff there assisted me with problem solving and fixing my issue. Highly recommend this place if your in the Richardson or surrounding areas. Satisfactory guaranteed !
