7-Eleven

I've been to a thousand 7/11's and they've been pretty humdrum and forgotten. But this particular one, THIS 7/11, which I have never been to, has this employee who had the most glowing smile, and personality I've seen all week. It left a lasting impression on me, and if I could I would visit this 7/11 forever! Her name is Clarissa. I will never forget her beautiful smile. She was helpful and had a very upbeat personality. Way to go

I love the way mrs.Denise Henderson keep this store clean 711 4590 Frankford road Dallas Texas 75287 is the cleanest 711 in DFW. Also there are no solicitors hanging outside store.Not only is the inside clean mrs.Henderson keeps the outside just as clean. Im so impressed with her beautiful personality. I would like 711 corporate recognize mrs.Henderson and franchise owner because they represent 711 well in DFW area. I like the kid working here on the night crew right now often times im rushed and in a bad mood he doesmt aggitate it is real friendly and gets me outta here quickly if i was his boss id promote him. Ive been seeing him here for a few months now too. Ill keep coming back cause of this

Really? No hot food after 11pm? I was craving some pizza/wings. 4 stars only because Denise was my our amazing Register Clerk. So sweet and humble! Will definitely be back because of her!

Always have what I need or am looking for in most situations. Get 7/11 rewards and Exxon mobile rewards too for gas purchases.

I literally come here pretty much every day at least once a day for the last year. The past two to three months you have been out of styrofoam cups 95% of the time. Now your night crew is awesome and will usually dig them out if they are there. But majority of employees either can’t find them or you just don’t do inventory correctly. Seriously it’s hot as balls outside I don’t want a flimsy plastic cup drenched with condensation and melted ice. I’m about to stop coming here and use racetrack instead. From a former manager and retail worker of over 15 years. Please learn how to stock your store accordingly. The only reason I didn’t leave one star is the two guys who work nights are truly amazing employees with great customer service.

Listed as 24-7 . Everytime I've stopped here after 12pm the employee working nights locks the doors.

Fair

Literally just wanted service. Saw someone inside ignoring every customer that was spending money. I work late nights at bars and just wanted to get cigarettes, door was locked and the lady ignored at least 5 customers willing to spend money. Whoever owns this location is losing a substantial amount of money because of this employee.

I shop at this location all the time. I work late nights and try to stop in and the doors are locked. Is this company policy to lock the doors at an establishment that's advertised as open 24 hours?

I was treated terribly by one of the staff when I tried to inventory the items I had just purchased at the counter. I wasn't scratching tickets, nor was I slow by any means. I was told to get out of the line and have a nice day. I tried to explain I was checking my items and was told to get out of line and have a nice day. As if that would make the employee seem not rude.

The brunette and the indu are the rudest and most racist people I have ever met. I will never shop there again.

We spent $78 filling our Ford F150 and purchased their $12 top car wash. When we were sitting in the carwash the machinery hit our truck. We has to maneuver out. We requested a refund. The Etheopean female worker yelled she does not know how to do a refund. We called police at which point they refunded the $12 but kept our receipt. These people should NOT be in business. Avoid this place!! It might be dangerous.

Do not wash your car, it runs dry over your car spinning brushes, does not use water until rinse. It took 3 attempts and trips inside store to get code to work. They refuse refund. AVOID.

I order one all pizza classic cheese and she said don’t have. I see the owner and he find classic cheese. I don't understand why they put people who don't feel like working

Worst place ever! I went in the other night and I looked at the hot dogs and man, were they shriveled. They had to have been left on the warmer for eons. My next search on the internet is for the Texas Health Inspection website, 'cause this "convenience" store can't possibly be a safe place to buy anything that doesn't come prepackaged...
