My Target is the best! Everyone is so nice and the store is nice. I love the drive-up service.

Robin was SO helpful! I was in a hurry and she showed me where several items were with a WONDERFUL additude!⛄

Very friendly and nice service both CVS Pharmacy and fresh vegetables service made us feel very happy and comfortable.

Went into store to buy a specific article of clothing. Knew the area, but did not spot what I was looking for...associate nearby quickly helped me in men's clothing.

Easy to navigate & never seems to be busy. Vanessa & Cynthia in the pharmacy are amazing!! This store has nearly everything you need, but sometimes they run short on certain items or re-arrange products for no apparent reason.

This is my fav Target right by work and not to big. So it’s an easy walk!

We have loved shopping at our neighborhood Target since we moved here. The store is always clean, cheerful, and well-lit. The store is full of great displays and products! And if you should have trouble finding something a helpful Target employee is always available to assist!

Had a great experience here with my in-store pickup. I had to grab a couple items in person and was short on time, so I placed an order before I got there for some of the bigger items I needed for sure. I went to the customer pickup area and was in and out quickly; they even let me check out with my 2 additional items while picking up my online order. Super convenient, love Target and recommend highly.

My children are grown and on their own, but even when they were young, I loved the Target Shopping Experience. Target has a brightness that similar Store Chains do not have. I really can't explain it, other than to say that great bargains and superb quality items have consistently been my experience for many years. My grown children love Target as well.

Recently called Target’s customer service because I had submitted an online order but did not realize that the address was set to my daughter’s address, (from the previous order). I was afraid I would have to pay the return shipping on the large items! Customer service worked with me to resolve the issue where I received the items at no additional charge. Very helpful!

We were having issues making a purchase related to our small business because our business credit card was giving us problems.

Joyce was very helpful checking us out and assisting in fixing the problem. She had a great attitude and we appreciate her customer service.

I would definitely give the target in North Plano five stars! Their customer service is incredible! They have many Service people around the store to help you if needed and
Are knowledged about products that you may be looking at.
Their selection is good and if they don’t have a size it is very easy to order the one you need and the customer service individuals are there to help you. This target is very clean and well laid out. The lines are
Short as there is a person monitoring how many people are checking out and they quickly will open a register at a moments notice.I highly recommend this store for these reasons and many more!

This Target is awesome. The first thing was the greeter. She was just so delightful. She greeted everyone walking in. She just makes your day great kind of lady. Everything was neatly stacked at this location. Furthermore, it is peaceful at this store too. Love it. Highly recommend.

Great Target! It is always clean and chaos free. I would agree with another reviewer that said it was peaceful. Since I have been able to shop in store again (vaccinated) I have been impressed to see the lady who I assume is the GM on the floor. She’s always cheerful and said hello to me and other customers. She and her entire team are doing something right because I keep shopping at this Target more and more. A shout out to Annette and her sequin mask at the front door. She is super personable and sets a great upbeat vibe coming into the store. In the midst of an ongoing stressful pandemic, I appreciate my time here each week where things do not feel bonkers.

Considerate pick up service, incredible convenience. They are always masked when approaching the car and if you give notice through the app when you are heading toward the store, the wait time is unbelievably short. I allow time to wait, but rarely have needed any of it. All of my orders have been accurate, except when I placed an order for the wrong size - I had dreaded handling a return. It was stunningly straightforward, and I had a new order submitted and picked up for the correct size on the same day! So grateful!

LOVED LOVED LOVED THE DRIVE UP GUY!!!. Daniel was so helpful and kind. I was waiting in a drive up spot for 15 minutes watching him go in and out running. Finally he came to my car and asked me if I had to drive up. Naturally I was upset because I was ignored for a long time but he apologized and explained how he was the only one I guess services because apparently he had a few callouts. He then gets on his phone and finds my order and explains how there’s a glitch in the system and how he’s extremely sorry for the inconvenience. Then he quickly goes and gets my order in under a minute and hands me a $10 gift card. I then went to go tip him and he completely refused saying he doesn’t want a tip just a decent review. I know he was joking about that but I just want to give him a little recognition.
