Publix Super Market at Seven Hills

Just have to throw a shout out to Michael in the meat department. I called to order a beef Wellington. Now , I’ll be honest I don’t know much about the kitchen or for that matter, how to order meat. I told Michael to order me a tenderloin the size of a standard forearm and man! Did he deliver ! Thank you Michael ! 😂

I have been shopping at this particular Publix for over 20 years now. For the most part, I can't recall a single complaint, aside from a sometimes rotating stock of products that I love. Easy fix though! The customer service is always great and they will bring back said item upon request. 80% of my weekly food purchases are from this store alone.

I just had to write in and say what a nice experience it always is shopping at this store. A special recognition goes to Debbie who had a good laugh with me when we found out we were both tied to my hometown back in New Jersey and we now live in the same community just up the road. She's always pleasant to deal with and I now consider her a Spring Hill friend and neighbor.

Update: The manager Natalie reached out to me right away & said they will give me a refund for the sub. Changing it to 5 ⭐ because the customer service at this location exceeds expectations. I also wanna give a shout out to our favorite cashier Debbie, she’s been there for 13 years & is always super friendly & I Will wait in her line just to see her friendly face!

I’ve been shopping here since my family moved here in 1992. Recently I’ve noticed some folks that work there seem to be (how do I say this nicely) out of it 😞. My Husband & I have been Loyal customers & recently got over a nasty head cold, we finally felt good enough for a good Sub, I didn’t see an option to split different toppings online using the app, so I called & placed my order. I don’t remember the lady’s name but she was super friendly & took my order down perfectly. It was a whole sub with lettuce, garlic pickles & banana peppers across the whole & one half with tomatoes & the other with black olives was the only difference.. My husband went & pickled it up & when he got home & opened it up it had Meat, cheese & one half had olives & the other tomatoes only… No lettuce, pickles or banana peppers on either side.. 😡 actually the side with the olives had 3 green pepper slices along with 2 & 1/2 pickle.. 😔. We’re highly upset that this could happen. Out of all the years we’ve been shopping there this is by far the worst experience of all! I’m giving 3 ⭐ because I never have had any issues with this location. Maybe better management is needed in that department.

Older Publix with different layout then most, but that being said, I love that they've extended the bogo's to not just Thursdays. The staff is friendly and the store is clean.
I feel like Publix and chicken fil a are siblings that run their business the same.. you can't go wrong going to either on a regular basis

Great store, live in the area and didn't even see tucked back there. I have specific wings I like, hot and spicy, naked, tossed in Nashville hot. I've had some dry and overcooked at other stores, here they were done to perfection. Well stocked with items. Very nice neighborhood store.

I recently moved a few blocks from this store and couldn't be more happier. To be honest part of my decision to move into the apartment was in fact due to having a Publix right down the street. I have been shopping at this location for almos 3 weeks now and absolutely love the place. The employess are always kind and professional. The store cleansiness is above all of my expectations Im so thankful and blessed to be a parr of this community.

*side note to all of my fellow "Publixeans" lets help keep our store clean. If while walking from your vehicle to the store you come across some trash in the parking lot, give the good people working inside a hand by picking up and placing into a trash bin. Think about if every person worldwide did that once a day.

I haven't had any issues with this location. I enjoy it. Deli gets a little backed up sometimes making sandwiches; it happens.

There is always a handicap parking spot, a large selection and they make the best hot Reuben sandwich.
