My kid went there for the first time and had a great experience and made a purchase. There was a glitch in our bank app and the owner was quick to check and double check to make sure everything was on the up and up on their end. Beyond amazing customer service tonight by his staff and him. I really appreciate it!

Hopefully this is taken as constructive feedback for the owner. This was the first game shop I visited a couple weeks ago, having just gotten into Pokemon TCG. They sold me an elite trainer box for $75. As a total noob I was like “okay”. I now know (thanks to the other local game shop in town) I was ripped off and up-charged to the extreme as they sold the same box for $39. As you can imagine, I feel taken advantage of and will likely never be back.

The best gaming environment on the Olympic Peninsula! Complete stock of everything for tabletop gaming needs. Friendly staff. Clean and organized. Plenty of open space for tournaments and a relaxed atmosphere for casual play. A private group table in back for tabletop RPG's. One of the best selections of miniature war game components Ive ever seen!

What a fantastic, we'll ran business. All my needs are met consistently by the extremely knowledgeable staff. They know everything that I don't! Truly a magical shop!

Great shop with a lot of variety. Both times I've picked up boxes here they were in great shape.

Great store and very friendly staff. After buying my son a MTG deck the owner offered to put a pause in his day and sit down and teach him how to play the game. It's rare to meet people with that caliber of kindness. Thanks again!

Amazing place, wide open, tons of mini's the staff were amazing and helpful. Wish we found the. Earlier on our mini vacation. The guy behind the counter even helped us with some things to do while in the area.Thanks for being such a gem in the area.

Greeted right away when I walked in the door and immediately directed to the product I wanted. I know shops like this cater to a steady stream of regulars, but I felt like a valued customer right away even though it was my first time in. I was buying a gift and did not have time to browse, but I'll be back to check out the selection and maybe get back into D&D! Sounds like they offer military discounts as well.

Today my son and I visited Discordia Games to learn how to play Pokémon. Every person that helped us during our visit was patient and thorough. I believe we will visit Discordia Games more frequently! I've been running and playing at this store since it first opened up in a little hole in the wall on Pacific and the staff has always been tremendous. I've never gotten more than a handful of steps in the door before someone has asked if they could help me with something. They're always great about helping with space to play, where to get something if they don't have it in stock (whether they can order it for you or point you to a local store that carries it), recommendations on the best products for your particular hobby, what have you.
Ownership and management have clearly made a commitment to providing the best game shop around!

Really kind staff! Extremely helpful and considerate. Wide selection of products, specifically MTG. Their selection of card game accessories are fantastic. Huge fan of the Dragon Shield sleeves. Their card storage products look great. Very glad to have an account with them. Selling and buying singles is extremely easy. The buylist on their website is very helpful in seeing what they can offer in both cash and store-credit.

As a college student having just moved here, they have been a great and accessible place to shop for the cardboard I need to pass the time. I'm extremely excited and hopeful to attend future events when it's safe to do so. Can't recommend this place enough.

This business is incredible. From a customer and community standpoint. They always have great stock, competitive pricing, amazing customer service, and well organized game nights for various gaming platforms.
They ALSO donated 30,000 Magic cards to my place of work, a long-term in-patient facility for adolescents 12-17. These kids do not always have a lot to look forward to and Magic is a major outlet. I cannot wait for their reaction. Pictures to come!

Amazing store with decent selection of war gaming and role playing items. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise and always willing to give a customer the time of day they deserve. The regulars are for the most part a great bunch of people ( ignore the magic players, haha I kid, they are fine) who are normally willing to let a new guy test play their armies. My only complaint is the somewhat small size of the store. Honestly it makes me said that such a great store has so few reviews on google. So please check them out if you're in the area.

I have been coming here off and on since 2011 mostly Magic the Gathering product and tournaments. This store is by far the best in the Kitsap area when it comes to real customer service. The staff listens when you talk and does everything that they can to address any concerns that one might have.
This place may not be in the best part of town and honestly looks a little shady at first glance but I've had nothing but positive experiences here throughout the years.
Also this store has the highest tournament pay outs in the the area which also yields some of the best competition.

Great atmosphere for card games. The most serious/intense place for Magic tournaments.
The owner is great, Jason is great, the whole staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
Great cataloged collection of Magic cards.
Downside is parking, but it is not that hard to find parking even on busy days.

It's a great community, and an awesome place to just chill with friends. The staff was friendly and so were the other customers. Their range of products was relatively wide, and there were plenty of things to do. It's great if you want to do something interactive with friends and family and mostly disconnect from technology.

My grandson was looking for a particular tank model. They had it so I gave it to him for his birthday.
