Lowe's Home Improvement

In our previous town we always avoided Lowe’s because of the poor customer service. This Youree drive lowe’s is the exact opposite. We no longer go to home depot because this store is incredibly clean and well organized. When you walk into the lumber section the carts are organized and easily accessible. Even more important is the staff. When you walk up you are immediately greeted even if it’s just an employee in the parking lot. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and always willing to help. My husband and I were looking at caulk the other day and an employee greeted us and offered assistance.

Today we purchased lumber and without hesitation Andrew told my dad he was going to help him load. Thank you Andrew for providing great service and assistance. I’m so impressed by the staff. Best lowe’s I’ve been in. I highly recommend it!

While looking at kitchen faucets to purchase for our home, I began to hear an associate on another aisle singing and it just brightened my day! The joy he had radiated through the shelves between us! As someone who has worked retail in the past, it truly blessed me to hear an associate in the store enjoying their work! Later I discovered his name is Tedrick and he has been with Lowe’s for almost 20 years!!! What a gift he is to this company! It really made my shopping experience today one I won’t forget!

Hard to find good employees anywhere right now, luckily we knew what we were going for. Not a bad review on Lowes at all. Still love the smell when I walk in the door.

Getting paint. Employees in the paint department were busy, but they acknowledged me and took care of their current customer. Mixed my paint, giving me an approximate time (minutes) when my 2 paints would be ready. I did my other shopping, picked up my paint, paid and was on my way.

Yesterday evening me and Mrs. Vickie came to Lowes to get some rugs and Aaliyah and E.J. was such a blessing. They went over and beyond to help us. They are definitely a blessing to your store. I have never meet young people that work like they do. I will definitely be back to this Lowe's.

Everytime I come to this store the employees are always helpful and nice. The store is always clean and organized. I usually find what I need and always find some things extra to take home because they do have alright prices and the store has a very wise range on the supplies they carry and plants too!

One of the best places to buy anything for your business, home or work. The staff is very engaging, asking can I help you before you ask.Their selections are great,They often have the best deals.

Looking for dishwasher. Xavier has been a blessing. Took time to assist with several decisions and personally went to back to keep looking for us picky people. Xavier was amazing and very knowledgeable in helping us narrow down and pick the right one for us. Above and beyond at this location.

Needed a new toilet so this was a quick run. There was a man who was super helpful and friendly, even gave me his flat cart when I so obviously needed one but couldn't locate one at the moment. Store was clean and organized, plenty of staff available for assistance.

I want to emphasize how helpful and professional Rick in Appliances has been. My husband and I are in the middle of a stressful kitchen demo and remodel; Rick’s been integral in deescalating difficult decision-making through his top-tier customer service.

Found what I needed. Couldn't believe the price for a 30 inch belt for my riding mower. Anyway this is a good store and always find what I need.

Damien, Tracy & Courtney - 3 standout stars at my local Lowes store!! This is a bit long but i feel their kindness needed to be recognized. I had to purchase flooring due to a flood in my home and Damien was so helpful, kind and patient with my questions that I decided to return to make my purchase with him. He loaded all the boxes and materials i needed on the cart and then loaded it in my car!! Amazing customer service! Also, when we checked out there was an exceptionally nice lady (Tracy) that helped me check out since the computers had been down and weren’t accepting payments. She was so sweet! Then the next day I realized I had accidentally washed my receipt and had to go back to the store for a duplicate. Tracy was actually working Customer Service and smiled when I walked in and said she remembered me from the day before. She had such a friendly, sweet spirit about her. She had to get Courtney to search the transactions from the day before and she was also so friendly!! She never acted put out or aggravated. Even when she had some trouble locating the transaction, she just kept looking - very patient! I couldn’t believe I encountered not one but three extremely kind, friendly and helpful associates. I hope they are recognized for their outstanding customer service!!
