Kroger

I am giving this Kroger 5 stars because of their exceptional employee at the self check out named Ty. After helping me with my Kroger account, he noticed that my cart had Velveeta and rotels in it. He said "I think you're missing something in your cart". I was confused until he told me that I could get a free bag of chips, free rotels for buying Velveeta. I was amazed by how attentive he was and how genuine his customer service was. I wish we can have more Ty on this earth. It would have been a better place. I wish Kroger will commend him as this is not the first time I've experienced his amazing service. He saw us with our 2 year old one other time and gave him a sticker. On top of that, he is like the speedy Gonzales of Kroger. Fast, efficient, and helpful. God bless you Ty. I pray you stay healthy and that you have a beautiful life because you deserve it. I can tell how good of a person you are!

I always love my trips to Krogers. The people are always so friendly and if I need help, they are always ready to help.

I stopped into Kroger to just pick up a few things, but that never happens because once there I see all kinds of things that I need. The store is always well stocked and I never have a problem finding just what I need. The checkout lines are never backed up, so I can usually get in and out quickly. I will continue to shop at Kroger, unless they give me a reason not to, and so far, that hasn't happened.

The store is fully stocked. I am impressed with the staff at the store.

Always has a good product selection and friendly staff

Kroger is super clean and the produce, meat and bakery goods are always fresh, employees helpful. You can't beat the weekly digital deals and store specials. The only downside, parking can be a bear and when it rains some of the lot floods

I like this store but I feel like I am being laughed at instead of laughed with.

After the last storm there seemed to be gas shortage and some stations were. Raising gas price ! Not KROGER'S they had ran out of regular and mid grade ..only had premium gas and they were selling it for. The price of regular. $3.11

I love this kroger! They have one of the best clearence sections out of all the local kroger stores & their selection is way more choices; I always find something new when I go there. Highly recommend PLUS since I always go when I get off at night, the PM employees are extremely nice and helpful

Nice store. Employees are friendly and helpful. Never had a long wait to check out. Self checkout is amazing the registers are new and well maintained. Great place to pay your bills. If you use debit card it's no cost for it. My to bill payment center

This may sound weird, but this is the only grocery near me that has split chicken breast, bone in and skin on! Also at a decent price.

These are a few of the things I like about this particular Kroger. The parking is plentiful. The store is clean and well kept. It stocks the products I want in the sizes I like. The employees are friendly and helpful. I especially like the extra services. I use the excellent florist services. This might be the best in the city. I also use the pharmacy. I know the pharmacists are absolutely fantastic.

I love this Kroger for many reasons. They have a great selection of produce and international foods, and their staff is so friendly. Whenever its super busy, many times, I've seen the managers open a register and check people out. I respect that a lot. We save a lot of money for the quality and variety as well.

We used ClickList for the first time. I was hesitant because I'm particularly picky about my produce in particular. It was extremely efficient, and the produce was really good. The coupons are next to to the items, I can search specifically what I'm looking for, and I wasn't overwhelmed with tons of options like in the store. Pick up was easy and the two clerks were extremely professional. When they didn't have what I needed, the lady asked my what kind of substition I wanted and went back in to get it. Overall, I'm extremely happy with it. We have two little ones and its hard to shop with them at times. It also saves us from impulse buying.

Helpful employees that don't make me feel like I'm in their way. It's a sad day when something like that is all it takes to get a five star review. Yet, here we are.
Nothing against Kroger, they really do try hard to make your shopping experience a good one. Kudos to the management team for pooling together a great team. And kudos to the team for pulling it off.

Store is clean. Staff is extremely friendly. Have a lot of good deals and promotions. Specifically their house soda is good and rather cheap. In fact their in brand items are extremely good and in some cases better than name brand like the chocolate milk.

This is one of the best Krogers I've even been too. The staff are great and and always helpful. They have the best meats! I love that I can get the kids a free balloon while we shop to keep them entertained. Highly recommend!

The workers at Kroger are amazing!! I used the Youree location for an extremely large order in which Joseph took incredible strides to make sure my order was filled. If they didn’t have it, he went and found it at another location. Amazing people and fantastic experience!!!

I just love Bayou Walk Kroger. It's not the biggest or fanciest but they still carry most everything a Marketplace Kroger does. And the people who work here are all very nice and personable. Always willing to help if you need it. Especially Sonny in frozen food and Glenn in the meat market.

The freshest produce, reasonably priced gourmet cheeses, unique bakery items which includes monster cupcakes and cheesecake, a real butcher and best of all doubles on weekly sales using their digital coupons. Very friendly and helpful staff in a clean and well maintaoned store located near Barnes and Noble, Petco, Old Navy etc. What's there not to like about the Youree Drive Kroger?
