Clean

Pulled a Jamaican beef patty (empanada) from the hot food cabinet and it was hard as a rock and cracking apart. I use to work for 711 so I KNOW this means it's been in there a lot longer than should legally be there (hot food can't sit all day, a few hours max).

I told the employee, and knocked on it to show him how old it was. He shrugged and put it back in the case.

After I touched it, and knowing how old it was.

Also there were a bunch of small flies in the donut case. Wanted to get one for my son for his birthday breakfast, but not interested in donuts that flies have been barfing on and laying eggs in all day.

Won't be ever getting any food from there again. Clearly they don't care about health code violations.

Worst customer service ever received. The lady was on the phone even after me standing ready to purchase my items. I’m never coming back and I wish I could give a rating of ZERO!

Cashier was rude. Didn't say hello, thank you, or anything. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming.

I could not believe my eyes or ears, no coffee at 7am store was dirty and the most shocking was watching this Woman behind the counter disrespect multiple customers with a very bad attitude, gentlemen ask how long before coffee would be made, she said" if you want coffee go somewhere else " at that point, I put my stuff back and walked out of the store, I reported her and there business come to find out she is owners daughter, I have not went to that 7-11 since, They have lost alot of customers directly because of her, I suggest go to Bowens customer service is great or WaWa!

There hot dogs are cold there and bad service😡
