Downtown C'ville CVS is the best!!! Well stocked, easy to shop, and the friendliest staff.
My dog loves it too - he always gets a treat and leads me to the store whenever we walk by ...

I was only somewhat disappointed that Julie Christie didn't greet me at the door.

The pharmacy here is great - the staff are super friendly and always willing to help you in any way they can. The pharmacist is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My prescriptions are always ready on time and it is communicated to me as soon as known if there are any issues with insurance or refills.

Stopped here the morning of 15 Oct 2020 to get a flu shot and mail a ups package. During my visit I interfaced with five employees.

I have never dealt with a nicer, more helpful, upbeat, and cheerful group anywhere. No exception.

Employees are so very kind- even when dealing with difficult situations.

Pharmacists are always friendly. Wait times for prescriptions are always accurate, and if anything, are a worst case scenario. Staff is quick and efficient. Never any issues.

Central location and great pharmacists! However twice I’ve gotten there at 9:30 (opens there at 8 am) and there’s no manager on duty so they can’t unlock the store.

Most of the staff in the store are wonderful but the tall gentleman short hair glasses really tall stocky they need to end up retraining him to stop harassing people and accusing people of stealing and stuff like that because a customer can't even go into a bathroom without being accused of stealing stuff especially someone's been coming to the store for over 20 years and somebody that knows all the staff that's been working there since they were a kid so they might want to work on the staff and accusing people that leave their stuff outside of a bathroom they're trying to steal unless they would like corporate office to handle it instead
