Had the best experience here when trading in my phone. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We worked specifically with Garrett, he was very knowledgeable and personable, he was very honest and with us about information in trading in our phones, and made the experience very enjoyable and easy! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone that is even thinking about being a part of Verizon or is already a part of Verizon and is looking to ask questions about their service. 😊

My wife and I came to get a new flip 5 for each of us Sean was our salesperson he went over and above and out of his way to make sure that we got the plan we wanted and the phones that we wanted today he even found a second flip five at another location and is going to go after hours to pick it up and bring it back for us tomorrow this is the type of customer service everyone needs in this world Sean is an amazing icon of Verizon wireless, we need more of them and he needs a raise and a promotion :-) God bless you Sean

They went WAY above and beyond to assist me in getting my phone replacement after loss at the Blue Ridge Rock Festival. I really wish I had gotten the name of who helped me. But everyone there was so helpful and they had plenty of associates to help so no one was waiting. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes! And they were all so genuine and friendly.

The team at Verizon started me with a new account in a helpful and effective way. They were fabulous in easing my mind about my various accounts, and they even assisted me with pairing up my new phone with my computer. With great patience, the team helped me change my Apple ID and paired the ID with my various devices. I felt like a person who was truly cared for. I had to make all of the changes. We have been with straight talk for over 10 years… ran into an issue transferring phones.. straight talk couldn’t fix the problem after 2 1/2 days of going through the issue… WENT to Verizon and Mark was the representative we had. When I tell you he got things done, fix the issues with us going with Verizon and still in the same budget we had. He did even more upgraded our sons phone and got some extra accessories. Please if you are having any issues with your cell phone carrier just go see Mark at Verizon on Freeway Drive in Reidsville. He is the man with the plan

Timika Braxton at verizion just made getting a phone so much fun. I am 65 years old and tech challenged. She was patient and took time to teach me new things on my phone. I suggest that verizion please keep her. She even gave me her cell if I had any questions. Deli ery of my replacement phone on a SATURDAY was amazing 👏. It was a pleasure to visit this store in REIDSVILLE. First class sales and service!!!!!!!

I had a device with a SIM issue that I was literally on Chat with Verizon tech support for 10 hours to no fruit. Visited the Reidsville store and saw Garrett who not only fixed the problem, but lowered my bill substantially. Glad I had a problem because it lead to great things. 5 stars all the way.

Garrett got us set up with our new S23s and a new tablet. He made sure we understood our options and got us a great deal. Changing phones can sometimes be a tedious and confusing process, but Garrett made it easy and he did it with a smile.

That fine specimen Mark is wonderful! He made an already stressful situation not so stressful. His vibe gave exactly what was needed and all around a great help. Awesome customer service.
