Soon as I walked in I was greeted nicely by Micheal the sales rep. Who knows his furniture and also who was able to see what would fit us better an not be so pushy and show us all what they had on the floor or in stock. He worked out a really great deal I couldn't say no to, they are real welcoming people..

Absolute perfect customer service! Everyone was so friendly upon arrival. As soon as I walked through the door someone already knew what I was looking for. I will recommend this store every single time. 10/10 experience, 10/10 quality of new furniture. Overall great furniture, great prices, can't beat it.

Great store and great Sales People. As you walk in they greet you like family. Make you feel comfortable going over merchandise, and any thing you look at in the store, and finance department will work with you to get that what you need.

Needed a 25,000 btu window unit to replace old one,Lowe's nobody had one in stock and would have to wait days for it,I just happened to think Shewels,so I gave them a shot,had a brand new Frigidaire unit in stock,cash price was same as if I had ordered one and I didn't have to wait,service was great!!

My washer stopped working in the evening. By 3:00 p.m. I had a brand new washer. All I had to do was send my husband to pick one out and then sign on the dotted line. Quick and efficient service!
