In and out quickly. Really great steaks when on sale. Wouldn't buy them anywhere else. Get them to cut them for you. However thick you want..

Today I was in the store and I was amazed on how helpful you was when I was trying to find some fudge. You went the extra step to help me find some. But you even called another employee but no luck finding any. But I really appreciated your help and time out of what you were doing to help me. I have to say all the employees there that I have spoken with are really nice and helpful. I want to wish all of y’all Happy Thanksgiving 🦃 and Brittany the employee may the Lord bless you and your family for Christmas and Happy New Year you are a very polite employee. Thank you

Always clean store. Staff friendly and helpful. Pretty much price competitive with local food stores. Kind of busy for a Sunday mid day. Way better than Walmart for groceries and easier to shop.

I prefer Food Lion for my shopping more than any other grocery store. Posted this awhile back and love Food Lion even more now. Prices have soared way up, but the store and service are still great.

Store is always clean and stocked. They quickly open additional checkout lines if it gets busy.

My housemates and I shop at this location regularly and it is always very well stocked and immaculate. However I am reviewing today's specifically because of the outstanding customer service exhibited by a handsome young staff member named John. He helped us search for an item in the frozen food section and when we couldn't find it he summoned the assistance of two other staff members who were also exemplary. Although we couldn't find the item what we did find was the friendly helpfulness and small town courtesy we've grown accustomed to here in Reidsville. Bravo!

This is my favorite Food Lion ever! Which I've been to almost all of them lol. The store is always so clean and have very friendly employees. The staff are always helpful and walk around the store and talk to you to make sure you're finding everything you need. If you need help with something they always are eager to help without complaining! Also, they always make sure to greet you as you enter the store and when you're leaving they make sure to thank you for shopping with them and tell you to have a good day/evening. This store is also very easily handicapped accessible more than other Food Lions I've been in.

Great place to shop. Employees are friendly and helpful. Always nice. Prices have gone up on something's but Food Lion is still cheaper than some other places. Still a great place to shop. Really love the 2 stores on Freeway Drive.

If you need a handicap cart to get around this store has 4 and they Always have them charged. Unlike the other two food lions that have only two and rarely are charged. I drive all the way across town just for this obviously superior managed store...

This 5 stars is for the sweet young lady,an employee, who I talked to while shopping today. (April 18, 2022) Very professional yet personable! What a fine example of our young women these days! Update post COVID changes-since Food Lion began to offer To Go shopping service, I have utilized it for every shopping trip. This store has the best curbside pick-up of any store. Better than Wal-Mart, better than the Lowe's Foods paid service. They're faster, more accurate, and they really try to fulfill your order with every item you've requested. These shoppers communicate with you through the app or text, and offer good alternatives. They pick high quality produce and meat products. And the pick-up couldn't be easier.
I'm a frequent shopper of this location. The employees are always helpful, and their selection of meats and produce are good. The store is usually well stocked, which is convenient, so I don't need to make additional stops to get all the groceries I have on my list. The store is open late, until 11, helpful for people who work late.

Well normal found all i needed lines started forming so they always open up another register to get you out quickly.

There is a gentleman by the name Frank who is a door greeter at this location and he has, by far, the most upbeat and positive attitude at this location! He made my day with his kind words and unique aura. Frank went above and beyond to make sure I was properly helped. He made my experience there phenomenal! If I could give 1000 stars I would! He needs a raise!

This particular Food Lion is the one I use most often and have the best luck with in Reidsville. Usually plenty of variety, well stocked and fresh. Friendly staff in the front, rear and bakery. Long lines are usually recognized quickly and resolved.

Everyone is extremely helpful and always smiling. I also love how they work together at the checkout. If one cashier is not busy they come over and help get your groceries out and bag them after, and with a smile and polite conversation. I don't like grocery shopping but Food Lion has made some huge improvements to their store and it's a lot more pleasant.

I go here all the time for my groceries. It is quick and easy and usually always have what I need. They are very clean and the customer service is always friendly and great.

In my opinion, this is the best Food Lion in Reidsville. Today I learned how to order online for pickup. Shannon in pickup & Chris B.; a manager were so patient & helpful. Employees are Always on point.

Tori is the perfect employee!! She always makes sure my needs are met when I come into this location, grateful for her!!!
