I'm giving this place a 5 star cause im a regular customer. but today it's a 2 star 🌟 I came and place a order got my food normally I don't complain. It's usually satisfied my food today was horrible. My bacon was nothing but fat my hashbrown was burt and greasy couldn't eat.

I have been coming to this Sheetz since I moved to Reidsville three years ago, and I just want to say that I am always impressed with the level of customer service we receive, the quality of the food, and the cleanliness of the store, particularly the restrooms. Keep it up and you will always have a customer in me.

I am a Sheetz Freak and frequent many of their stores daily. The Reidsville store is my "local" store and my favorite. I have been through several managers here and all have been exceptional. The current employee lineup are generally friendly and ready to help. I visit this store several times a day from 5AM to 8PM and am almost never disappointed in the service. Restrooms are clean and other than an occaisional panhandler, customers are diverse and well behaved.

I love going to the sheetz in Reidsville on Freeway drive! They are amazing employees and people! Mrs. Beverly Miss Ashley Miss Jenise Sam Nelson Miss Bonnie they are all hard working people who treat their customers with respect and as if they are family. Yes there are a few and I do mean very few employees there that are not so friendly but every place of business has a few employees like that. The ones named above have always treated me with respect and have gotten to know me to where when I come in ,in the mornings Mrs Beverly don't even have to ask me what I need because she remembers would I get. I live in Gibsonville and I drive all the way to Reidsville just to go to Sheetz for my coffee and gas because I appreciate the customer service that I get there! The store is always clean inside and out and the bathrooms are always clean.they always have French vanilla creamer for the coffee's I'm never told that they don't have anymore because the employees don't feel like doing their job. Coffee is always fresh and you rarely get coffee grounds in your coffee cup. The food is amazing. You can tell the employees aren't just there for a paycheck. The food is always fresh and hot and yes they do make mistakes but if you talk to them and tell them what's wrong they go by the old saying " the customer is always right" and they fix it right away! You all are amazing people and awesome employees! Sheetz is lucky to have found such awesome people to work for them! Thank you 😊

I had placed an online order thinking this would save me time in store. It sure did! My experience was fantastic! I was able to go right in grab the drinks I needed, purchase my order and head out. A special thank you to Ashley who made my order the food was amazing!

Staff is always friendly.The new self checkout is easy to use & fast out when busy. A friend said the milkshakes are a must have. Glad they are clean conscious.

Me and my family were passing through Saturday and we needed to stop for gas and refreshments for our 3.5 hour drive to Richmond VA. The place was clean and the employees were very friendly .. we ordered food from the MTO services and our food was ready pretty quickly and they were pretty busy so I just thought that this SHEETZ needed to be congratulated on doing a job well done.

My daughter and I visit this Sheetz most days on the way to school. Everyone is always very friendly and the place is always clean, always has what we come for and is welcoming. This place is great!

I ordered my food online. Everything was hot and good. My smoothie was great! Bev (the cashier) was quick and is always wonderful. Thanks fo being my local sheetz

The stop was very nice coffee was really good they have donuts they have breakfast and lunch specials. The service was very nice and friendly. And I got some pretty good deals here I recommend them.
