Lowes Foods of Reidsville

I went there for a friend of mine to get her a few things. I'm from Burlington,N C. I've never been to this store. Customer service was great.

Always a great shopping experience!!! You get what you pay for. You can't compare Lowes to a food lion. Wow seriuosly??

I was so happy to see a good quality grocery store when i moved to Reidsville. The meat/fish dept is the best!! They are always so friendly and helpful. And they have had haddock!!! I can't find that anywhere in the south!! I will continue to shop here and pay for quality, fresh food.

I only wish more people would visit this grocery store. I love Lowe's foods and happy it's not too far from my home. Friendly staff. Great produce and low prices too.

A few Saturdays ago we were looking for a fancy kind of Brie (I don't remember the brand my chef housemate requested) but my friend and I were unable to locate it even with the assistance of the very helpful gentleman behind the deli counter named Aidan. This store is always a pleasure to shop; very well stocked and organized, immaculate with friendly smiling staff--but this time stood out. Thirty minutes after we couldn't find the cheese, 3/4 of the way through the store, we were suddenly approached by Aidan who had gone out of his way to research and locate the cheese in some previously unknown location. This level of service and small town friendliness deserves applause. Bravo everyone at this location and especially Aidan!

I'm usually visiting 3 places here. Dollar Tree, my hair salon or my niece at Cato. I spend way too much when I visit the Tree. Only bad thing about them is even with your receipt they only let you exchange, which is usually ok with me, but would be nice to have a choice. OH, will never shop online with them again. And there's only one person I let cut my hair. Can't share info because she might get too busy for me. And last but not even the very least is my niece, manager of Cato. Love visiting because she has the most beautiful smile around

Amazing, friendly and helpful employees along with a great selection of products. We love shopping there ! They also run unbelievable sales that have stocked our freezer right up. Lol

Very nice store. Clean and nicely set up. Staff at check out was very nice. Still a nice clean store to shop. Has a pretty wide variety of items but still may be a little higher dollar wise than the other stores in our area.

I called Lowes Foods and was greeted by a employee named Ethan. I explained my recent disappointment about an unknown purchasing lpolicy that Walmart in Eden would not honor. He found someone to give him the correct answer and promised to meet me at customer service when I arrived. Just as promised he was there. He showed me the available selection and even let me know I could later speak to the product manager Jason. What a very wonderful shopping experience from phone call to store exit. The Staff that I encountered were so professional and friendly. The store was well organized and appealing. Thank you Lowes Foods for assisting me and handling everything so professionally. Other stores can greatly improve to meet your standards.. Thank you Ethan!

Great store with a great variety of selections. Super nice folks. Always has wonderful sales and deli has very tasty prepared food. Great for lunches!

I absolutely love this place, yeeess!!! Store is always very clean and organized. The workers in the deli and baker dept. are very patient and nice. The courtesy they provide for the customer is awesome!! Worth every trip.

Great grocery store, usually very fast checking out. Nice and clean kept store and easy in and out location of Freeway Dr. In a plaza with other stores to shop in too. Seems to be the more upscale grocery store here in Reidsville. Great selection of fresh flowers and plants. Has fresh deli, backery, and produce with a lot of great items other stores don't have.loved this store.

Lowe's Foods was great. I found every item for my Thanksgiving recipes. Even found a healthy treat for my fur baby 💕. checkout was easy breezy & both ladies were so nice. Also others I asked for lactation of products I desired. The Salvation Army kettle attendant out front was super sweet.

Clean friendly place. Good prices. Teresa the manager of bakery department is the BEST! She kind and considerate. She makes the best cakes! Teresa makes every cake for my family celebrations! Way to go Teresa!!!

This is the grocery store I prefer since moving to Reidsville. They are clean, have an excellent variety of products...produce meats baked goods...are just a few of the products they sell in large variety. The customer service is A-1!!! All employees are kind helpful and knowledgeable about the store. I wish I lived closer to Lowe's Foods cause like I said this store is my preference!!!

I contacted Lowe's in Reidsville with an issue regarding the deli department. I was contacted within 24 hours by the store manager; the issue was addressed and remedied immediately. Not only was the manager kind and professional but went even further than necessary and provided me with a gift card for my troubles.
This is my neighborhood Lowe's supermarket where I do all of my grocery shopping. It's always clean, well-stocked and the staff is always friendly.
