The employees were very helpful. Also as busy as they were they handled things in a fast and courteous manner. Not like other offices I had visited for a company like this one in the past. Excellent work Reidsville office!

Perfect service from start to finish, We recently moved to N.C. from R.I. and installed internet with Spectrum. We are so pleased that we decided to switch to them for our cellular service also. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful..We needed 5 phones in all 4 I-phones and 1 Android, and it was executed perfectly this staff is a welcomed change from every other cell service provider store I've ever delt with.

Went to turn in all my equipment because you can't get anywhere over the phone. And wasn't charged $5.00 to talk to representative. Was able to get things lowered as a long time customer should get

I was in this Spectrum store in Reidsville, NC today and had the pleasure of working with Nikole! She was calm, patient, and extremely HELPFUL!
To her boss... Nikole deserves a raise! She is delightful!

Understaffed but the young lady there is awesome .. this is the only store local to the customers in our area and is critical/vital to customer service.

My cable boxes (2) weren't working so they sent a tech (Khayri) to assist. He was very prompt, attentive and kind. He had all necessary tools and even extra boxes just incase they needed to be swapped out. I especially appreciate that he showed a great deal of compassion and patience as my daughter (4 years old) asked him a million questions and followed him throughout our home lol. 5 stars for him! HE DESERVES A RAISE‼‼

You go and you expect the people there to be just "order takers". You are more than pleasantly surprised.

We had a very complicated order, downgrading one service account and creating a new one down the street. We expected the downgrade to end up saving us about $100/mo but Selena searched the deals and saved us $150/mo on that one. Then she got us the exact package we needed with twice the internet speed we expected for less than the online deal would have given us.

These guys are simply rocking customer service. Five stars and worth it.

In the past there were a couple of female employees that choose the wrong profession, however all that has changed and my recent visits have been wonderful, especially on Monday Dec. 7, 2020. The friendly young man with the great haircut and his female work partner were an excellent team and gave exceptional Customer Service!

If you have t-mobile, go here and switch. Almost half the price. Better service and the customer service is great. In Rockingham County t-mobile is bull. Go here first.

I do business at this location, they are very nice there and personable. I like to go there instead of dreading to to go and pay my bill, I do not mind going to this location to pay my bill. they always greet me with a smile and good and friendly nature.

I was helped by Nicki at this Spectrum location. She took what could have been a very annoying and time consuming process and did her best to help speed up the process for me. Her customer service skills are top notch and is the whole reason for why spectrum gets 5 stars from me!

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Clay was especially kind and patient, answered all my questions and took care of converting my equipment.

There fast quick and easy as walk in or call. But must check for hours might not be open when you go. I sugget call customer service and ask questions.

This place is very good it is not that busy that you just have three people to take good care of you spectrum for internet is a good value
