AT&T Store

If I could give Kilah ten stars I would. Her patience, knowledge and general professionalism have been the best part of solving a very complicated situation involving 5 lines and 4 phones on my business account.

Kyla (unsure of spelling) was extremely helpful. After dealing with two different ATT stores as well as ATT customer service over the phone, we were seething with frustration over the lack of knowledge or care in upgrading our phones (which should be a simple process!). In fact, our account had become locked over a bogus fraud alert, and no one could seem to figure out how to unlock it. Our last hope was the ATT store in Anacortes....wish we had gone there first. This was not Kyla's problem or fault, but she took all the time needed to straighten out our account. Cannot thank her enough for her help!

I recently aquired a new iPhone 14 plus and since setting it up was having issues using my data. The woman working the Samish store in Bellingham,Wa was kind and had a great attitude. She was multitasking with multiple customers but all the same made myself feel valued and showed that she was determined to resolve my issue and to see it through. I’ve been to other stores and her customer service skills stand apart from other experiences I’ve had. Kudos!

I went to the Anacortes, WA Store and Ryan was so helpful and kind. I'm on a fixed income and Ryan put me on the best plan to suit my needs. The experience was quick and easy. Best phone store experience I have ever had.

We ported our lines from Verizon. Nam who was our wireless consultant was amazing, and incredibly knowledgeable to work the best plan for our wireless. Pleased to have such a friendly and smart person handling our account. Cannot say enough nice things! Definitely worth going in!

Great Customer Service and Great Store

My mom and I needed to replace our dinosaur flip phones. Christian worked with us to set up an iphone for me and a new flip phone for my mom. She was very knowledgeable and I really felt like she was listening to my questions and working to get us exactly what we wanted in terms of technology and pricing. We are both very pleased. This is definitely the best AT & T store I have found.

Cindy at the Anacortes store is one of the most KNOWLEDGEABLE and patient of any at&t managers or employees that I have encountered with while dealing with at&t. I have the up most respect for her. An exceptional employee!!!

Robert is a very helpful and engaging employee. I am elderly and Robert was very patient and professional in solving my problem and installing a new screen protector on my phone. He is a wonderful representative of AT&T.

This store is well staffed with pros who understand AT&T tech but aren't pushy. They often clarify issues that aren't so clear online when trying to sort out offerings from AT&T vs Apple, such as phone insurance where Apple is aggressively pushing their own offering. AT&T store staff are stalwart sentries along "the last mile" of the internet.

The manager Cindy at the Anacortes store was outstanding. She was able to set up new accounts and made sure we were getting the best deal!

They did a great job. Picked up a phone I wanted from another store so I could pick it up the next day. They also did a great job helping me get the new phone set up

These guys are AHmazing. We dealt with Aaron specifically he was patient, listed to what we needed, broke down the different options we had and answered the million questions We had along the way. 10/10 would recommend.

Jair, in 3 visits for 3 different problems (often my lack of knowledge) was accurate, helpful, friendly and I would recommend, if you are even thinking of switching phone carriers - head to Anacortes ATT!!
