Feel like I’m prolly gonna get mugged and the snack selection is one point. Cashiers are sketchy, customers are sketchy. Love it love everything about how awful this place is

Friendly, clean, fast

Clean store, well-stocked fountain drinks, easy to navigate and find what you want.

Prices are good but the amount of homeless people milling about and acting shady and panhandling made for a rather uncomfortable situation. They also didn't have much for coffee options at this location as opposed to other locations.

I take it your not from Tacoma if you don't know about this place. If you dont know the area I suggest passing this 0lace by.
They have a restroom yes. But you can't use it. Sure gas is cheap just pump it and go. Not the place you wanna just loiter around at. If you show up at the right time of night on any given weekend you might be fortunate enough to witness a robbery. Or there's you good chance you may get robbed at anytime day or night here.
Like I said, Just pumpit and go! Infact if you can make it to the next gas station. I would recommend that.
Oh well then again, you be just as well to pass The Spirit on 12th and Traften aswell as the Texaco on 15th and Sprague. Not the most favorable places around. It's not the employees or owners that are a problem. It's just the area. Its the Hill. Need i say more?

To many homeless

So I have been stopping here after work to grab something to drink for my hour long ride home to Shelton and I noticed that I was being charged for ice and a empty cup....89 cents. I've been doing this for over a month now...so today I took my own cup inside and just got ice and I was still charged .89 cents...I asked the very rude Mexican Lady running the register why I'm being charged for ice when I brought my own cup...she rudely informed me that it was a business and that they charge for everything....I'm done with this place and I hope my review gets to everyone that feels the way I do... absolutely uncalled for!! Oh and I forgot to mention that if you spend less than five dollars you will be charged .35 on your card....

I went there tonight and asked, probably the most rude, beanie and hoodie wearing clueless human being I've ever met for $20 in cash for gas, then wanted to pay for my separate items debit. I handed him $20 in cash and slid my card for the rest of my items. I then walked out to gas pump and it came up as the credit price not the cash price that I paid the $20 cash for. I went in to try to explain to him that the pump is charging me credit prices not cash prices. He then handed me $4.98 change saying that since I didn't pump gas I paid for my items with cash and the debit will be refunded and if I want my gas to be the cash price I would have to give him another $20 cash. I tried to explain to him to just refund the whole purchase and then put my $20 as cash for pump #2 so I can get the cash price for gas and just re ring the other stuff and it would all equal out at the end of the night. It's common math and sense. He then continued to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about and argue with me in front of another customer. I have worked at many gas stations in my past and what I was trying to explain to him would have been an easy solution but he kept trying to make me look stupid like it's his gas station and he's in control. I have never experienced what I experienced tonight at this gas station. How do you have someone working a register that doesn't know anything about transactions, math nor has any common sense. This unfortunate franchise owner has someone behind the counter that is making him lose business. It's mind numbing because that's what you feel like talking to beanie, hoodie guy.

I have the worst experiences at this store. They never have any food that's hot in the cabinet, and when there is food in there they don't put the time on the packaging to tell you how old it is. There are people who stand out front and ask you for money, and one of the Egyptian gentlemen is always out front hanging out with people in front if the store. The Egyptian gentlemen who work there are rude and very unprofessional, they treat you like your money dosen't matter to them. There are constantly cars parked at the pump with people just sitting inside their cars not getting gas just parked at the pump. There are cars always parked in the parking lot with people just sitting there, or sleeping in the cars. My wife, daughter and I were walking into the store one time and there was a man stand out front smoking a crack pipe in front of the store so we turned around and left. I don't feel safe going to this store, and will choose to spend my money elsewhere.

Every morning that there is a female employee working, there is no hot food cooked, and the refrigerated food shelves are empty. With so many customers that are heading to work you'd think that the employees could heat up food, or in the very least refill the cold food. I will no longer be stopping at this gas station because of the lack of customer service.

The Man working today 12/19/21 around 12:30 pm is very rude and will lose money for that store with the way he talks to people. The older lady that works there is very nice and I love see her when I go. But I will never go back when he is there. I don’t care if its out of my way to go to a different store I will. It’s sad how people treat others bad and think it’s ok.

I purchased items here and seen what it came to after tax about 24.80 when I hand the cashier 30 he then says it came out to 27.80 I proceeded to ask for a receipt he grabs my receipt and crumpled it up and says the receipt machine is down this was a frustrating experience and seems there’s not much to do about it

3:33 am, tried to use the bathroom and the guys screamed at me. Kicked me out for no reason.

NOTHING EVER WORKS IN THIS STORE!! NOTHING!! THE BUMS OUTSIDE CAN HELP YOU BETTER THEN THE EMPLOYEE IN THE STORE!
