We had an incredible experience at The Home Depot in Bartlett, Illinois. Their garden center is such a plant lover's paradise, and the music added such a pleasant vibe while we were browsing through the flowers. Not to mention, the food truck was a delightful surprise!

I was not expecting to see so much variety of succulents and flowers at a Home Depot. The place was buzzing with customers and staff. No matter where you turned there was a full bloomed flower.🌼🎶🍔 #HomeDepotMagic #BartlettBliss

Ever since i moved to the area i have been in the bartlett location on a weekly basis. Nihad has been my go to guy! Every time i see him he has been working with other staff on improving with resolution and quality talks. The past two visits i went to say hi but saw he was busy working with other associates. So i didn’t want to interrupt. It is good seeing good management in place and see how looking for solutions by talking it out is always much more effective. The people overall seem to care about your experience and its a great environment to shop in. Thanks home depot!

Really good staff and service here. I love the informational tables, like in the image, so we order the right amount. I was able to place a delivery order by the customer service desk and the charges are similar to other home improvement stores in the area.

Other than confusing floor layout/directions I have had an overall good experiences with the store. Professional courteous employees, clean, and safe environment.

I want to give a shout out to Jen in customer service she when above and beyond to make sure that we got our new ride on mower today. She even came directly with the delivery guys to make sure we received what we paid for onThursday. Great customer service. Thank you so much for everything you did when the Downers Grove location delivered me a used riding mower yesterday that had rust and corrosion all over it and did even bring the key for it either. I called Bartlett store and spoke to Jen and she said to come over to the store and bring her pictures of the mower get got delivered and she will make sure we get what we paid the next day being today Saturday 04/22/23. Bartlett store saved the day and did the right thing here. Thanks again.

It is what it is! Do not buy the Cresent combo file and chisel, supper dull straight out of the package. Just returned them as if they cannot sharpen I'm not going to! They took it back with no issues.

I bought some power tools and an air compressor for my husband's birthday and the associates were very helpful with recommending what I should buy. The gift was a big success and he was already using his new tools by the next day!

My husband and I went to Home Depot tonight with some ideas for a new home .I have three projects in mind and the young lady was asking if we needed help she worked in home-improvement by the cabinets I didn’t catch her name I wish I did every idea I had she help me find all the stuff I was looking for she was really quick on answering everything and getting me right to what I needed look forward to shopping there for all my new projects . The young lady was so helpful

I had the best experience with Scott and Joe! Went in the store in a frenzy about my chainsaw blade that came off in the middle of a project. Scott came to my rescue and with the aid of Joe, fixed my chain! Super nice guys!! They were so nice and accommodating! Thank you so much for your help!! Will definitely go see them again for help and recommendations on products!

I just bought a generator from this Home Depot and the service by Rueben in the pro area was excellent. Because the generator was not in stock, Rueben ordered it for me and assisted me in using gift cards for part of the purchase. He is an excellent communicator and very thorough. I get this type of service at high end hotels and restaurants and I appreciate the extra time he took and his willingness to make sure everything was good.

I buy online and the notification was great. Cusomer service helped me to get my order. Now I know you can actually put in a code and pick up your own order. No lines.

Need to give applause to Jason and Greg C in the painting department, they are very patient to help me to find perfect color for trim touch up. Staffs are very good at their job and provide fantastic customer service.

I usually do not complete reviews, but I felt compelled to do so because I felt one of the HD employees made me feel so welcomed at your store. I go to this Home Depot rather frequently, as well as other home improvement stores, but this was the first time EVER that an employee has made me feel so happy to walk into your store. It was around 9:30 in the morning. I came to make some quick returns, and headed to get a cart from one of the stalls. It wasn’t much different than my usual trips, HOWEVER, this time, one of your employees (Tom H.) stopped and said “Hey, I see you here a lot, what’s your name? I’m Tom.” In all honesty, it felt pretty awesome. I’m just a regular homeowner, DIY kind of person, not a contractor, and that really made me feel so darn welcome at your store. I also have to say, that I could tell that he was very respectful and conscious of the current 6-foot social distancing desires by most individuals, even as he helped me unload two doors from my car. So, I just felt the need to tell you how awesome of an employee Tom H. is and that I truly hope to see him again at your store.

Everytime I visit this store one or more team members always asks if I need help or if I have found everything I need. I have spent hours in other stores without such customer service.
Generally I do not need help, but when I do the employees are knowledgeable and actually seem like they want to help. They have always ensured my question was resolved.

Needed some discontinued tile - bunch of it. They found what I needed, had enough, and even gave me a great price since it was discontinued. I drove in from Roscoe, IL, (had to make 2 trips the tile was so heavy) and received plenty of help. Excellent service and cooperation. Thanks!
