Lowe's Home Improvement

I get my tools from here. The store is spacious and wide. It is somewhat hard to get employees to help women in the store. Some are a little biased when we shop for tools. I just love their gift card center because they have so many. The checkout employees are always nice and welcoming though. Will shop here again.

I usually always go to Lowes because it seems to be easier to find what I need , they usually have a good selection of items and they stock some appliances if you need one in a hurry .

Ordered 60 pavers online so I didn’t have to triple work picking paying loading unloading and placing.

Went to the store 1 hour later and it hadn’t been serviced yet.

Kerry assisted me in the lighting department, which is where I believe he was assigned, I asked him about carriage bolts, he walked over there with me, helped me find the correct bolts, asked me if there was anything else he could assist me with.. Sure wish this store had more employees like Kerry...

I visited the store on Friday. I was so surprised as I walked from one side of the store to another. Four different times I was asked if I needed help. Each time was with a smile and a pleasant spirit. It was so nice to be treated like my business mattered.

Large store, clean, items kept well in stock, helpful employees

My husband and I both love this Lowe’s. They always have what we need, and their plant selection is superior to some of the nurseries in this area. Early this year they had a variety of large fruit trees on sale for $15-$30, and with their one year warranty, it was an offer we couldn’t pass up!

Have had several pick up orders while making a small patio. They are always nice, quick and efficient. I'm very impressed and recommend them to anyone.

We wanted to give commendation to Todd in the Paint and Stains Department. He has been helpful to us on more than one occasion! The first time he helped us was when trying to find a great paint sprayer to tackle a house painting job for my elderly mother. We were in Lowe’s again last night and he helped us with a myriad of things: some staining projects and the right kind of fan for our bathroom. There were so many items that he helped us choose so that we could get exactly what we needed for the jobs ahead of us. He was so patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He is definitely our go-to guy from now on! I hope that he will be rewarded for not just being a great employee, but for being an excellent representative of your company… a true and valuable asset.

Good selection in plumbing material. My go to place for clearance items like appliances. Notice the gallons of milk and juice in the door , plus double bottom freezer. $750 caching $$$$$$$$.

My mother and I stopped in this morning to get a new stove and fridge after a power surge killed ours. Joyce helped us find one and made sure they had it in stock and got us set up for the delivery and install. She was so friendly! We really appreciate it.

We were able to find just what we wanted and the sales people in the store were kind and helpful.

These lamps are so cute. It's another DIY weekend. Repainting the inside starting with the living room. I chose the color Windstorm. Can't wait to see it completed.

I called to ask what I needed to get so I could call my electrician get right plug for the new dryer I was going to buy. I called 3 times and each time they transferred me it rang for a long time and then it hung up. So I called again and I then asked for Customer Service and the girl still put me back to Appliance and the same thing. So I called again and told her what happened and she said she would put me to the manager and I said Wonderful! To no avail. Someone came on and told them I was waiting to speak with the Manager and she said it would be quick. Waited another 20 minutes. Called again, they put me to Someone in Tools. I told him my dilemma and he stayed with me to make sure I got the information I needed. Michael was very patient and kind. He even waited not to have lunch so he could help me to order the right things for my dryer. Michael knows Customer Service. The Customer Service Dept and the Manager DO NOT. The Manager never came on the line. A+ for Michael and F- to Manager and Customer.

Customer service is amazing. No matter who you flag down, they are willing to help you find what you need, even if it's not their department.

Purchased a Craftsman lawn mower on 06/07/2023 and had a wonderful salesman ,Tony, helped. He was very imformed, friendly and great to work with, he was enjoyable to work with!

Great clean store, someone helped me 2 times in store, and the nice man outside helped me load up an ac unit!
